How much is the shipment?
If you are too bus thinking about credits, and your hands with shipment then we will choose your transportation. Foreign trucks are great, but the price �bites�. So what else is there? Domestic trucks. They might not be comfortable but they are cheap, easy to fix and maintain. There are two trucks available on the Russian market besides the old IZH-2715, VIS-2345 and IZH-2171. Lets choose!
Body: VIS-4/5 points IZH-4/5 points
The most important part of a pick-up truck is its truck bed. No truck bed- no truck. Our trucks have some similarities but still are different. VIS�s is a bit lower and wider, and the full volume is 2900 litres. If there was no roof then the sides could open also. The truck bed in IZH has a few advantages like a window between the cab and the truck bed, and a volume of 3100 litres.
Cabin: VIS-4 points IZH-4 points
The cabins are the same as their normal counterparts. The lists of a few pluses in VIS trucks are huge rear view mirrors, which are a must on every truck. But in the IZH has a much more modern interior, there are no problems with the driving position, the cabin is widened 95 mm but the standard rear view mirrors are a bit small. Behind the seats are small luggage compartments. At the right is the spear wheel so the passenger shouldn�t go back to far. On the VIS the spear is under the cargo bed.
Ride: VIS-2 points IZH-4points
The turning radius, as usual, is 13.4 meters. After that, IZHes turning radius is only 10.3 meters so the car feels agile by comparison. And the steering wheel does not feel heavy. The correct data for riding on sleek conditions are unknown, but still we can predict. With cargo, it takes VIS to go from 0 to 100 km/h almost twice as long as for IZH.
Quality: VIS-3 points IZH-1 point
VIS satisfies an sjndaj consumer. But IZH is terrible. The way they are sold is impossible for a driver to enjoy his purchase. The steering wheel is crooked, the radiator keeps falling, the body has bumps and scratches, and the door is too hard to close. Basically this is not a car; it�s a re-build kit. The amount of spear parts that STO offers to the �classic� LADA series is incompressible to any other car, including IZH. To get parts for it is no problem only in Izhefsk, where the car is built. In other cities, the parts are either too expensive or there are none. And maintenance is more frequent; service book says that you need to replace oil every 7.5 thousand km vs. 10 km in VIS. The fuel consumption is about the same in both cars.
