Craftsmanship
4. Excellent Craftsmanship. Work overall is extremely neat, precise and accurate.
3. Good Craftsmanship. Work is generally neat, precise and accurate. Some of these elements of craftsmanship may not be as strong as others.
2. Fair Craftsmanship. Work is well done but contains some flaws in the overall craftsmanship.
1. Poor Craftsmanship. Work is slipshod, hurried, and/or messy.
Aesthetics
4. Excellent Art Aesthetics. Student went beyond the assignment in creating distinctive, emotive, important art.
3. Good Aesthetic Qualities. The student created good art that followed the intent of the assignment.
2. Fair Aesthetic Quality: The student�s work is fairly good, has some aesthetic quality. It may not be quite what was assigned. It may lack in design principles.
1. Poor Aesthetic Quality: Little or no artistic or aesthetic quality.
Timeliness
4. Work turned in on time or early.
3. Work turned in 1 or 2 days late.
2. Work turned in up to a week late.

Effort
