Our founders, Stephen & Robin Segars, started this company after working in the industry for over 25 years. As a project manager, Stephen sees a need for personal customer service and integrity within the commercial security industry. Stephen works hands on and leads our field team with a combined 60 plus years of experience, providing services offered by our company. His knowledge and extensive experience overseeing multi-million dollar installations and maintenance projects are an invaluable asset to our company. Robin, has over 25 years of business management experience. She administrates the day to day operations as well as the Human Resource department. Together, they make a wonderful team!! Their goal is to make RBS Solutions, Inc. the premier integrator in the business.
