Work Experience

1. Worked for KMart Corporation for 8 months as a cashier. As a cashier, my responsabilities included:
• Collecting Shopping Carts from outside
• Restocking the shelves at close of business
• Handling money and other forms of payment
• Worked toward a goal of overall customer satisfaction.
2. Currently work for Northrop Grumman Corporation as an Internal Information Services Support Technician. As a support technician, my responsabilities include:
• Develope and Maintain financial and asset tracking spreadsheets and datatbases.
• Maintain the RSD-IIS Website
• Identify opportunities for program performance enhancements
• Identify patterns in Help Desk calls in order to reduce the amount of calls received by implementing new, informative programs

Hobbies

• I am a past master councilor (president) of my youth organization called DeMolay.
• I love doing web developement and being able to be creative in a way that everyone can see.
• I am currently working to become Cisco Networking Certified since that is what I want to do for a living
