| My name is Ronn and I am 52 years old. I have recently been forced out of the company I worked for when new managers were brought in by corporate headquarters though all of my previous annual reviews were rated as above average. Even though I have worked in manufacturing planning for almost 22 years, it seems that no manufacturing companies in my area are now willing to look at me because I do not have a college degree. I have been forced to go for work that pays less than I was making before until I can get something better but this will not pay all the bills. My minivan went in for repairs to the steering on July 9th 2007. The estimate was for $1059. My parents are loaning me the money as well as July's rent of $825 that I have to pay back because they are in their mid - 70's and on a fixed income. I had also managed to borrow an additional $1000 that was used for basic bills and food. In addition to the above, I have over $8000 in debt still remaining from when my wife left us in Feb. 2001. |
