Here is a little information about my home in San Miguel. It is about a 10 minute drive from the center of town, located in Los Frailes. After a day of hustle and bustle in town, shopping or any other activity which suits your fancy you can rest and relax. Being that far from the center of town one does not hear all the noise associated with a city. You are able to sleep at night. There are no fireworks exploding or roosters crowing as you have in other parts of town.

living room (with large gas fireplace)
2 space heaters (for those cool winter nights)

3 bedrooms including  the master bedroom suite (sleeping accommodations for 6-8 people)
3 bathrooms
carport� (locked)

Amenities
* a maid 3 days a week
* a gardener 3 days a week
* cable TV. and DVD player� (there's a blockbuster in town)
* full kitchen (with juicer and coffee grinder)
* a lovely yard and fountain
* antique and handmade furniture

Our home will not be available from Sept 1 2005 for 1 year as we have a long term rentor .
I do allow pets, however you will have to pay for any damage caused by them . The gardener (my friend Javier) will pick up the poop if you don't want to (and who wants to) for 50 pesos per each of his visits which you should give him directly.
