Schedule
In addition to the regular meetings we hold, there will also be special events. Also, the regular meets may be disrupted and moved to a different date along with a lot of other things that could happen involving timing. Here is the schedule for this month.

Thursday, October 11 is National Coming Out Week
We will be watching shonen-ai and shoujo-ai anime to celebrate tolerance and open-mindedness. Keep in mind that this must be school appropriate. That's why we say "shonen-ai" and "shoujo-ai," not "yaoi" and "yuri."
Wednesday, October 31 is Halloween.
This is a Wednesday, different from a typical meeting. We will be having a costume contest. You can either wear your costume to school for the whole day, or change into it after school and just wear it for the meeting. Costumes can be from anything: anime, video games, J-rock, historical periods, movies, original designs... I'm not entirely sure how judging will work, but Samy's in charge there. I hear there will be prizes, however!
Sometime before winter break, we will try to arrange a Secret Santa. Participation will be, of course, entirely voluntary.
Thursday, February 14, 2008 is Valentine's Day.
We will be watching some sort of cute, fluffy anime to celebrate.
Friday, March 28 to Sunday, March 30, 2008 is the weekend of Anime St. Louis. Due to issues with fundraising, we will not be able to go as a whole club, but feel free to make plans to attend individually!
