| HOW TO SIGN UP FOR THE 2006 BERNARDI TOUR: Now that you have read about the 2006 BERNARDI TOUR, I think you will see that you will receive good value for your money. To sign up for the tour, please send a deposit of $495 per person to payable to: Dr. Ray D. Bernardi 3109 Aylesbury Circle Lexington, KY 40509 as soon as you decide to travel with me on the cruise/tour. Final payment for the entire amount is due by March 1, 2006. If possible, please send your final payment earlier to help me in planning the tour.
