~ Cures For Headaches ~

Headache Pillow ~ 2 oz of lavender
                               2 oz of margoram
                              2 oz of betony rose leaf and rose petal
                              !/2 oz of cloves

mix together and stuff into a pillow. Inhale fragrence to cure headache.

Headache Inhaler ~ 10 drops lavender oil
                                 10 drops margoram oil
                                  5 drops clove oil
                                10 drops mint oil
                               10 drops rose oil

Mix together and place in a container small enough to carry in a purse or pocket .
Inhale lightly to cure a headache.

Yerba Santa Compress ~ 2 - 3 leaves of the Yerba Santa plant.

Wet the leaves then place them on the sick head. By the time they dry, the headache 
will be gone.
