- maintain proper product and packaging specifications
- analyze lab process samples
- collect and analyze product samples
- have a practical understanding of the processing and packaging operations
- maintain company specifications for citrus and packaged products
- 1 to 3 years knowledge and experience in juice/beverage/food/manufacturing environment
