The night was dark, cold like someone poured a bottle of black ink in your eyes. The pale moon was covered by gray clouds and only lit up various areas, that revealed a fog rising from the ground to your waste and was so thick you couldn't tell who or what was lurking beneath it. The air was damp, you would get a mist in your face if you tried walking two feet. The ground which was once hard, was soften from the unusual night. Off in the darkness there's an owl calling out, and your surrounded by other erie noises that were swallowed in the fog. Further away there's a large figure that's drowned in the darkness of the night. A cold wind that sends a chill down your spine begins, and the gray clouds move to reveal more light from the dead looking moon. The figure is revealed a little more in the distance, it appears to be a house abandoned by civilization only a home to the unknown. The windows are all broken, the weeds in the front yard have grown large, vines have started there ascend up the house. Loud creeks and cracks come from the old house, the outside of the house has dark stains on it. The sight of the house would make your body tremble. In the front yard of the house there's a large dead tree that towers over the one side of the house. The fog swirls around the base of the tree like a whirl pool, the tree has a large hole in the center of the tree which looks like a endless black hole. Inside the abandoned house there's a thick layer of dust that covers everything in sight. Spider webs hang down from doorways, on the walls there old paintings of people, their eyes look cold and seem to follow you where ever you walk in the room. Strange noises seem to follow you as you walk through the dark house, the noises always come from the previous room you were just in. A coldness runs through your body, the noises become more clear and they circle around you, voices are talking in a low whisper. A breeze starts in the house, foot steps are heard from the floor above moving slowly across the floor.
