DN:What are your biggest accomplishments? RE:We haven't really done that much contestwise. We were going to enter the battle of the bands last year but we signed up too late and couldn't do that. We are hoping to enter in it this year though. Other than that, we are proud of the originals we are working on. Music is an art form and you can't rush an artist. DN:What are your hopes for the future? RE:We are working on our originals right now, and taking our time. We just want to spend a lot of time and effort on them and make sure they are what we really want. Hopefully when we get those together we can record and get some more shows. DN:What are the biggest struggles of being in a band? RE:That is simple, egos. Naturally people want things their way and no one else's so, in a band when there is a lot of collaboration and people need to agree, it's hard to come to that. Someone might write a guitar riff they think is amazing and the others might hate it. It can be hard at times, but we get through it. DN:What's harder about being in a hard rock band versus a lighter band? RE:Lighter rock bands make up the majority at our school, and while it's cool to sit up on stage with some acoustic guitars and bongos, it's nothing like the power and enrgy in our style of music. We just want to get the people moving, moshing and having a good time and that can be more difficult. It's a lot to flow together." Page 1
