can you dig it?
The camera opens up to the jam-packed War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock Arkansas. The camera pans around to the cheering fans, and then over to the announce table, where a beaming Lester Daley and non-plused "Hollywood" Floyd Boyd are seated.
LD: Well Floyd can you believe it, it's our one year anniversary?
FB: I can't believe I'm lasted this long sitting beside you.
LD: What a night of action we have for you tonight. Action so big, that one city couldn't contain it.
FB: That's right, not only will there be matches here in Little Rock, but half of tonight's show will take place in Shreveport Louisiana.
LD: And doing calling the matches over there will be the lovely Bettie Lee Rose and Melvin Gates. With Colt Tatum calling the shots in the ring, and I'm told we have a special ring announcer for the folks at home and in Shrevport.
FB: Who Mike The Tiger from LSU?
LD: No I don't think so. I've been told by AJ Supreme, that tonight is sort of job interview of shorts for this new guy. If he does a good job announcing the participants in the matches, he'll get hired on full time in RCW.
FB: Great, just what we need, another person on pay roll.
LD: If it's who I think it is, he'll be a great addition to our RCW team. But enough about that, let's get to our first match. This match was pre tapped at our studios at the Fayettivelle Boys and Girls Club, last night. Floyd and I were there to call the action in front of a faithful crowd, Let's get to the action.
The jumbo tron at both War Memorial and Hirsch Memorial Stadium switches to the pre tapped Mr. Hog Wild Battle Royal match......
LD: Well, ladies and gentlemen, it's time for the Hog Wild Battle Royal. However, before it gets started, I understand that AJ Supreme has an important announcement about this match.
FB: Maybe he'll just cancel the match, declare me Mr. Hog Wild and the money.
LD: I sincerely doubt that, Floyd.
FB: Just wait and see.
The Arkansas Fight Song plays as AJ Supreme makes his way to the ring and the fans stand and cheer. He asks for the microphone from Trip Gordan and waves to the crowd.
AJS: Hellooooooooo to all the fans here in Fayetteville and in Little Rock and Shreveport!
The fans let out a joyous yell.
AJS: I'm afraid that I've got some good news and bad news. The bad news is that this match is no longer a battle royal.
LD: What the heck?
FB: See, he's about to announce me as the winner.
LD: Pipe down, Floyd.
AJS: It seems that several people didn't know or didn't care about competing in this match. Only two people signed up for this match and showed up here tonight. So there can't be a battle royal with just two wrestlers. However, there will still be a match.
The fans cheer wildly.
AJS: Instead of canceling the match, we will hold the match with the two competitors who did make it here tonight: Tiffany and H. They will square off in a one-on-one encounter with the winner being declared Mister, or Miss, Hog Wild and receiving the $10,000. Thank you and good luck to all the competitors here tonight.
AJ waves to the fans and makes his exit as Trip prepares for the introductions.
TG: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is now scheduled for one fall with the winner being declared winner of the Hog Wild Cup and receiving $10,000. Introducing first, originally from Buffalo, New York but now hailing from Lock Haven, Pennsylvania...she weighs in at 120 pounds...here is...Tiffany!
"Looks that Kill" by Motley Crue plays over the loudspeakers as Tiffany walks through the curtain. She holds her arms to form an "X" with the metal sign in each hand. She jogs down to the ring and jumps onto the ring apron. She grabs onto the top rope, swivels her hips for a few moments, jumps over the top rope and lands on her feet in the ring.
LD: Tiffany coming off an impressive showing in that Femme Fatale Four Way at the last Southern Dynamite. Who knows how well she could've done if not for Chris Sinclair's interference?
FB: Yeah, but that was when she was competing against her own kind. Once she steps inside the ring with a man, she'll realize she's out of your league.
LD: I would like to take a moment to read this disclaimer to all you fine fans watching at home: "Hollywood" Floyd Boyd's comments in no way, shape or form reflect the thoughts or opinions of Razorback Championship Wrestling. Please write any angry comments to him instead of us. We can't help it if he's an insensitive jacka**.
FB: They paying you well to say that?
LD: Of course.
TG: And her opponent, from Parts Unknown...weighing in at 205 pounds...H!
Lux Aeterna from "Requiem of a Dream" plays over the p.a. system as a white spotlight shines on the entranceway. The mysterious H makes his way through the curtain, raises his arms in the air, does a split in mid-air and runs down to the ring. He slides in, runs to the far side and does a backwards flip off the middle rope and to the middle of the ring.
LD: H is getting a nice little reaction from this crowd but I'm sure that'll change when he's facing hometown boy, Lee Jackson.
FB: I still don't see the appeal of this guy. One letter? For crying out loud! These fans will cheer anything.
LD: Do I have to read the disclaimer again?
FB: It won't do any good.
Tiffany extends her hand to H who reluctantly returns his. The bell rings and they circle each other. Tiffany tries for a lock up but gets caught with a knee to the midsection. H follows up with a chop and back Tiffany into the ropes. He whips her off and catches her with a spinning back elbow.
LD: Quick cover by H.
1...
NO! Much too early for a fall.
FB: Come on, H. You're defending all men.
LD: I thought you didn't like H?
FB: Yeah...well...aw, hell, maybe they'll just kill each other.
H bounces off the ropes and tries for a crossbody but gets caught in the face with a high kick. H gets to his feet dazed as Tiffany dives at him and catches him in a rolling armbar. H tries to keep her from fully locking it in but she manages to fully extend his arm.
LD: H has to be careful here. Not only can this move break his arm but it could force him out of his match against Jackson.
FB: It wouldn't be any big loss.
LD: Quiet, Floyd.
H, wildly, kicks his legs before getting some leverage, getting to his feet and exposing Tiffany's shoulders to the mat.
LD: Cover!
1..
2..
NO! Tiffany releases the armbar.
FB: That would've been really embarrassing to get pinned while locking in an armbar.
LD: Did that ever happen to you, Floyd?
FB: Of course not.
LD: Really? Because I seem to recall this one match back in '88 where-
FB: Okay, let's concentrate on the match.
Tiffany gets to her feet and catches H with a few elbows to the side of the head. She whips him off the ropes and tries for a clothesline but he ducks it, bounces off the middle rope and takes her down with a quick arm drag. She gets to her feet and goes for a dropkick but H sidesteps it. H comes off the ropes as she gets to her feet and takes her down with a tornado DDT.
LD: Both competitors pulling out all the stops.
FB: Yep.
LD: Great add-in, Floyd.
FB: Shut up, Daley. That 10 grand should be mine.
LD: I'm playing the world's smallest fiddle for you.
FB: Funny.
H picks Tiffany up and tries for a suplex but Tiffany squirms out and takes H down with a lung blower, or backstabber. Tiffany then climbs to the top rope and tries for a Ground Zero but H gets his knees up. H then pulls her towards the turnbuckle and slides his thumb across his throat.
LD: Looks like H is looking to end it with Ravage.
FB: Thank Chr*st.
LD: Floyd!
H goes to the top for the corkscrew moonsault but Tiffany manages to get to her feet and astoundingly catchs H in mid-air on her back. She then drops him with a big knee to his face.
LD: Go 2 Sleep by Tiffany! H looks like he might be out!
H starts to stir so Tiffany hits an Oklahoma roll.
LD: Cover!
1..
2...
3! Tiffany has become Ms. Hog Wild!
FB: D*mn it! H, I'm revoking your status as a man.
LD: Floyd, you really need to watch what you say.
FB: And why's that?
LD: You don't think H might see this later?
FB: ...oh...well...tough one there for H tonight. Great effort though.
Tiffany extends her hand to help H up. He, begrudgingly, accepts and is helped up. H gives her a pat on the shoulder and takes his leave.
COMMERCIAL BREAK - GOODY'S HEADACE POWDER - HERE COMES THE RELIEF
The camera fades in from commercial to Shreveport Louisiana where Melvin Gates and Bettie Lee Rose are sitting at the announcers table.

MG: Welcome fans to lovely Shreveport Louisiana, with me is the always lovely and beautiful Bettie Lee Rose.
BLR: Stop it Melvin your making me blush.
MG: Let's get to the ring for our next bout. With our special ring announcer for our festivies here in Shreveport, Mr. Toby O.
The crowd goes wild at the mention of Toby O's name, as he walks out to the ring with mic in hand, he gives the crowd a wave as he starts to speak.....
TO: It's so gooooooooood to be back if you weeeeeeellllllllll. Da following match is set for one fall, da winner moves onto the Triple Threat Match at Southern Dynamite to name a number one contender to the Natural Championship. Introducing first... Nebula!
“More Human than Human" is heard coming from the speakers, in that same moment there is a total blackout followed by a wolf howl. A small light enlightens the ramp way entrance, showing a man covered in a red mantel standing there, looking at the ground . The man starts his walk towards the ring without caring much about the fan reaction . The Red Mantel is thrown away as soon as the music dies and the man slides in the ring sitting in one of the turnbuckles, staring towards the entrance.
TO: His opponent... Karl O' Sullivan!
The lights go out and the driving intro riff of “Smells Like Teen Spirit” blasts out of the speakers. As the drums kick in, red strobe lights flash around the club and smoke fills the entryway before Karl appears and makes his way to ringside with a look of great determination in his eyes. He climbs into the ring and stares down his opponent.
MG: I'm looking forward to seeing what these guys can do inside that ring tonight.
BLR: I can't wait to see who will advance to the Triple Threat.
The bell sounds as Nebula gets out of the corner and meets Karl in the center of the ring. Word are exchanged as they quickly lockup, they struggle to get control, with neither man giving much. Finally they shove each other away and Nebula goes for a clothesline but Karl ducks behind. He hooks Nebula and slams him down to the mat with a half-nelson suplex.
BLR: Nice move.
MG: Quick reaction time by Irishman.
Karl waits for Nebula to get up and he charges him only to have Nebula leap over him, and as Karl turns around, he receives a spinning back kick to the midsection. With Karl bent over, Nebula uses the middle ropes to springboard off with a leg drop to the back of O'Sullivan's head.
BLR: Now Nebula showing his speed.
MG: Both these men have great amounts of potential.
Nebula hits a standing moonsault and goes for the cover.
1.
2..
MG: Kick out by Karl.
Nebula wastes no time locking in a side headlock as Karl gets to his feet. O'Sullivan connects with a few forearms to the side, and then is able to shove Nebula off into the ropes. As Nebula bounces off, Karl explodes with a huge shoulder block. Nebula goes down from the impact and rolls out of the ring as the fans cheer for Karl.
BLR: These fans are getting behind Karl O'Sullivan.
MG: Nebula rolling outside the ring to regroup here.
Karl watches as the referee starts the ten count.
1.
2..
3.. .
Nebula slowly paces around the ring as Karl continues to keep his eyes locked on him.
4....
5.....
6......
MG: Karl has seen enough.
BLR: He's gonna take matters into his own hands.
Karl slides out of the ring and goes after Nebula, who slides back into the ring at the count of seven. As Karl climbs onto the apron and goes to get into the ring, Nebula hits a drop kick right to the side of his face. Karl falls and leans his midsection over the middle rope, with his knees still resting on the ring apron.
MG: Karl in a dangerous position here.
BLR: Nebula looks to take advantage.
Nebula jumps out onto the apron next to Karl, and using the top rope to fling himself back into the ring, dropping an elbow down across the back of Karl. Nebula rolls to his feet as O'Sullivan crumbles into the ring. Nebula pulls Karl to his feet and connects with a rising star suplex. He goes for the pin.
1.
2..
BLR: Kick out by Karl!
MG: O'Sullivan's still got gas left in his tank fans.
Nebula pulls Karl up, who tries to fight back with a few forearms and elbows, but Nebula lands a perfect knee right into his side, which takes Karl down to his knees. Nebula pulls him towards the corner and places him up on the top rope. He climbs up and delivers a Super Fisherman Buster. Nebula goes for another cover.
MG: This could be it.
1.
2..
BLR: NO! Karl gets his shoulder up at the last possible second!
Nebula starts to show signs of frustration as he pulls Karl up and lands a few repeated knees to his midsection, but on the final knee, Karl catches it. The fans cheer as O'Sullivan lifts Nebula up and powers him into the corner. From there, Karl unloads repeated shoulder smashes to Nebula's midsection. Karl then grabs Nebula by the wrist and whips him into the opposite corner, following up with a huge clothesline which rocks Nebula against the buckles.
BLR: Karl O'Sullivan coming back.
MG: Karl using his power to gain the advantage.
Nebula staggers out of the corner and Karl connects with a short arm clothesline. Karl keeps hold of Nebula's wrist and pulls him back to his feet and pulls him straight forward. Karl ducks behind and lands a huge Russian Neck drop, followed by a cover.
1.
2..
MG: Kick out by Nebula!
Karl drops an elbow down across the chest of Nebula, then pulls him to his feet, only to send him back down to the mat with a pump-handle slam. Nebula again tries to roll to the outside, but Karl grabs his leg and pulls him back to the center of the ring. Karl lifts him up and drops him with a Northern Lights Driver. Again O'Sullivan goes for the pin.
1.
2..
BLR: Shoulder up!
MG: Now Nebula needs to find a way to stop Karl's momentum.
Karl pulls Nebula to his feet and whips him back into the corner. Karl goes for another clothesline but this time Nebula is able to get his boot up.
BLR: Nebula able to stop Karl in his tracks there.
MG: This could be Nebula's chance.
Karl staggers back a few steps as Nebula leaps onto the top rope and goes for a hurricanrana but Karl catches him in midair with a sit-down powerbomb. The fans cheer and clap as Karl makes another cover.
1.
2..
MG: Kick out!
BLR: Both these men giving it their all tonight.
Karl gets up and waits for Nebula to get to his feet, as he does, Karl charges but Nebula connects with a vicious head butt that drops O'Sullivan.
BLR: OH MY!
MG: Huge impact there from that head butt!
Nebula shakes it off as he climbs to the top rope. He signals for the end.
MG: Nebula could be going for the moonsault legdrop he calls the “First Human Disaster”.
BLR: If he hits it, this one is over.
Nebula leaps off with the moonsault but Karl moves out of the way and Nebula manages to land on his feet. However, the moment he lands, his left knee buckles and he goes down.
MG: OH NO... Nebula able to land on his feet, but his one knee looked like it buckled as he landed.
BLR: Karl is up, and he's waiting on Nebula...
Nebula slowly gets up, making sure to not put much weight on his left leg, he turns around and ...
MG: SPEAR!!!!!!!!!
BLR: OH MY WORD!!! Karl nearly tore right through Nebula with that huge spear!!!
The fans erupt as Karl then locks in the Clover Leaf. Nebula quickly taps as he grabs at his injured knee.
TO: Here is your winner... KARL O'SULLIVAN!!!!!!!!!
“Smells Like Teen Spirit” blares as the fans cheer Karl on in his victory.
MG: Karl gains the victory and the opportunity at the number one contendership for the Natural Title.
BLR: What a match, but Nebula could be seriously hurt here.
Medical staff comes out to the ring to check on Nebula's knee as Karl walks into the back.
The camera switch from Shreveport to Little Rock where Trip Gordan is standing in the ring.....
TG: The following contest is scheduled for one fall with the winner moving on to the natual title contendership triple threat match at the next Southern Dynamite! Introducing first, accompanied by Dixie, from South Arkansas, weighing 286 pounds..."Confederate Rebel" Lee Jackson!
Free Bird begins to play across the loud speakers as Dixie steps out in her Daisy Dukes and Cowgirl hat. Lee Jackson follows behind waving his Rebel Flag and doing his Rebel Yell as the two head towards the ring as the fans cheer.
LD: Lee Jackson getting a nice, little reception here in Little Rock.
FB: As he should be being from this stinkhole of a state. Hopefully, this hick can finally stop this idiot H's winning streak.
LD: First, you make fun of him and then you say that you're pulling for him?
FB: You should know by now, Daley, that I don't like anyone or anything other than "Hollywood" Floyd Boyd. Having said that, yes, I want Jackson to whip the masked idiot's a**.
LD: Very well.
TG: And his opponent, from Parts Unknown, weighing 205 pounds.....This.....is.....H!
Lux Aeterna from "Requiem of a Dream" plays over the p.a. system as a white spotlight shines on the entranceway. The mysterious H makes his way through the curtain, raises his arms in the air, does a split in mid-air and runs down to the ring. He slides in, runs to the far side and does a backwards flip off the middle rope and to the middle of the ring where he stares at Lee Jackson.
LD: I have to say that I've been impressed with H thus far. Also, since he's already defeated Jackson before, I believe that H will be victorious again here tonight.
FB: You keep thinking that, Daley, but I have a feeling that Jackson will come up big on the big stage.
As the match starts, H goes for a tie-up but Jackson ducks and knocks him down with a clothesline. Jackson then turns to the crowd and does the Rebel Yell.
LD: This looks like a mistake as Jackson is taking his focus off of H.
FB: Why have it if you can't flaunt it?
LD: Uh...the Yell?
FB: No! The a**-kicking, you dolt.
LD: He only hit one clothesline. H should have no problem recovering.
FB: That's what you say.
Jackson turns around and runs into a deep armdrag by H. Jackson gets right to his feet and gets caught again with the same move. He goes for it a third time but Jackson blocks it and hits a short-arm clothesline. Jackson sends H into the ropes and runs in pursuit. H jumps off the top rope and backflips over Jackson. Jackson turns around and walks right into a superkick. H follows up with a standing moonsault. 1...2...NO! Jackson manages to get his shoulder up.
LD: I told you, Floyd. That lack of focus has costed Jackson the momentum in this match.
FB: I'm not worried. Jackson's fixing for a comeback.
H drags Jackson a bit closer to the turnbuckle. H then goes uptop and hits his Ravage corkscrew moonsault. 1...2...3!
LD: And this one is quickly over. H has advanced to the Triple Threat at Southern Dynamite.
TG: HERE IS YOUR WINNER...THE MAN KNOWN AS H!
FB: Again, H is successful thanks to a fluke.
LD: What fluke? He beat him fair and square.
FB: That idiot Jackson should've never showboatted to the crowd.
LD: You were praising that a few minutes ago!
FB: Upset, Daley?
LD: Very
FB: Then I earned my money today.
COMMERCIAL BREAK - TACO BELL - THINK OUTSIDE THE BUN
The camera fades back into the Hirsh Memorial Stadium.....
TO: The following is a one fall contest, introducing first... from Las Vegas, Nevada... he is the “Illusionist” Alex Crowe!
The lights in the arena start to flicker, as “Reborn” by Stone Sour blares. Alex Crowe walks out onto the stage and raises his arms out to his sides as the fans cheer.
MG: Lately I have been impressed by this young man.
BLR: Seems like the fans here in Shreveport feel the same way Melvin.
Alex slowly starts to walk down the ramp, slapping fans hands as he passes by when suddenly Brett Johnson charges down from the back and nails Crowe from behind. The fans start booing as the lights return to normal, while Crowe tries to recover from the sneak attack.
MG: Cheap shot by Johnson.
BLR: The fans aren't happy about this, and neither am I.
The fans continue to boo as Johnson pulls Crowe up and shoves him down to the ring, where he rolls him in. The crowd boos even louder as Brett turns around and mocks them.
MG: Not smart, Alex is back to his feet and HERE HE COMES!
With Johnson having his back turned, Alex gets back to his feet, runs and bounces off the opposite ropes, and dives out through the ropes with a suicide dive just as Brett turns around. The fans erupt in cheers and claps as Crowe crashes into Johnson, taking him down. Alex quickly back to his feet and slides back into the ring, where he raises his arms and the fans continue to cheer for him.
BLR: Crowe has got to utilize his speed in order to combat the strength and power of Brett.
MG: We've seen in the past that Alex possesses amazing quickness and high flying skills. Like you just said Bettie, he needs to use both of those if he hopes to advance to the triple threat contendership match at Southern Dynamite.
Johnson gets to his feet and slides into the ring, showing signs of frustration. He rushes Crowe, who ducks a clothesline, runs, jumps onto the middle rope and springboards off with a back elbow. Brett turns right into the elbow and falls to the mat, as Crowe quickly gets back to his feet and runs towards the ropes. He bounces off and connects with a quick leg drop, followed by two more quick leg drops.
MG: Alex goes for the cover.
BLR: He doesn't hook the leg, possibly sign of inexperience on Crowe's part.
1.
2..
MG: Kick out by Johnson.
Alex walks over to the ropes and looks back, waiting for Johnson to get up. As Brett gets to his feet, Crowe jumps onto the middle rope and leaps back with another back elbow. However, this time Brett sees it coming and catches him in a full-nelson, and then slams him hard to the mat.
MG: Crowe going to the well once too many times there.
BLR: More inexperience being shown by Crowe, that could cost him against Johnson tonight.
MG: I'm not counting Alex out yet, he's known to come back from the odds.
Brett picks Crowe up, whips him into the ropes and delivers a huge clothesline. The fans boo as he mocks the fallen Crowe. Brett pulls Alex up by his hair and tosses him into the corner. From there Johnson lifts Alex up onto the top and climbs up with him.
BLR: Brett could be going for a superplex here.
MG: Alex is fighting back.
With both men balancing on the top, Crowe battles back with a few forearms. With Johnson wobbly, Crowe walks out onto the top rope, away from the corner.
MG: Look at this amazing balance Crowe is displaying.
BLR: What is he going to do from here?
With Brett still standing on the top rope, Crowe jumps off, grabs the back of Johnson's head, and brings him down off the top with a huge neckbreaker. The fans go crazy at seeing this as both men lay on the mat.
MG: AMAZING!
BLR: I have never seen anything like that before.
MG: I told you this kid knows how to impress.
Alex gets up to his feet and jumps back to the top, connecting with a 450 splash. He makes the cover.
1.
2..
BLR: Kick out by Johnson.
MG: I thought it was over there.
Crowe goes to pull Johnson up, but Brett counters with a shoulder right to the gut. Brett lifts Crowe up for an emerald fusion, but Alex wiggles free and nails a twisting reverse neckbreaker. Alex goes to the corner, jumps to the top and points out at the fans. They cheer as Crowe leaps off and connects with a breathtaking 360 shooting star press.
MG: He calls that move the “Impossible Belief” and he holds it for the pin.
1.
2..
3!!!
BLR: Alex Crowe did it, he goes on to compete in the Triple Threat Match for the number one contendership to the Natural Championship.
“Reborn” blares as Crowe gets his hand raised in victory.
TO: Here is your winner... ALEX CROWE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The fans cheer as Crowe continues to celebrate his victory.
The camera stays in Shreveport for the next match up....
MG: What a match, Alex Crowe has impressed me with his in ring skills.
BLR: Indeed, let's go to Toby O once again as he gets ready to announce our next match.
TO: The following is a No Disqualification Match... introducing first, “The Dark Master” Lost Soul!
“Burning Angel” by Arch Enemy plays but no one comes out.
MG: Where is he?
BLR: Maybe he missed his flight?
The fans start pointing at the entranceway as Lost Soul comes out, but he isn't alone, he is brawling with his opponent for this match, Chasm.
BLR: Looks like they got this match started early.
MG: That they did, this is No DQ so anything goes.
Both men continue to brawl down to the ring, slamming each other into the guardrails and sides of the ring. Soul goes for his Dragon Flight Gore but Chasm moves and he crashes into the ring steps.
MG: Lost Soul looking for the Dragon Flight, but Chasm able to get out of the way.
BLR: Now Chasm has a chair.
Chasm swings but Lost Soul moves and the chair slams against the ring steps. Chasm turns around and Lost Soul delivers a big boot right to the chair, smashing it into Chasm's face. With Chasm down, Lost Soul pulls out two barbwire covered tables. He opens one set of legs on each table and sets them up next to each other, so they both are sitting on angles towards the ring.
MG: Unique set up there, usually you see a table on both legs, not resting on an angle with just one pair of legs out.
BLR: They are completely wrapped in barbwire Melvin, this isn't going to be pretty.
Lost Soul turns around and Chasm has gotten to his feet and climbed onto the apron. He runs and jumps off with a flying body press which takes Lost Soul down. Chasm looks under the ring and pulls out a canister. He looks over at the two barbwire tables and smiles.
BLR: What is that Chasm has?
MG: It almost looks like a gas canister.
Sure enough, Chasm pours out a entire canister of gasoline on the two tables. He tosses the can to the side and pulls out a box of matches from his pants. He lights a match and tosses it on the tables, which immediately go up in flames. He turns around just in time for Lost Soul to level him with a huge right hand. He looks at the flaming tables and smiles as he pulls Chasm up onto the ring apron. He grips him around his throat and points out at the fire.
MG: Lost Soul could be going for the Decade of Pain here.
BLR: If he hits this, I can't see how Chasm would be able to recover.
Just as Lost Soul is about to chokeslam Chasm into the barbwire inferno, Chasm kicks him right in the groin.
BLR: OUCH!!
MG: You have no idea Bettie.
Chasm gets in the ring, runs and bounces off the ropes and dives through the ropes, spearing Lost Soul off the apron and into the barbwire flaming tables. Flames and wooden shards go flying as both men crash into the barbwire and fire. The fans erupt as Colt rushes out of the ring and decides the match can't continue. He calls for the bell and signals for help as he tries to get to the two men, who are covered in barbwire and flames.
MG: Colt Tatum ending the match in order to get help to these two competitors.
BLR: You hate to see a match end like this, but these two could be seriously hurt.
Staff members rush out with fire extinguishers and douse the flames. Once they are put out, they immediately go to work trying to free the men from the skin slicing barbwire. Finally they are able to get them free and both Chasm and Lost Soul are taken into the back for medical treatment.
MG: Let's switch it over to Lester and Floyd while we get this mess cleaned up.
The cameras cut back to Little Rock area where Lester and Floyd
are standing by ready to call the action.
LD: Up next, we have what I think will be one of the most legendary
matches ever. Not only for RCW, but for the world of wrestling as a
whole. Two legends of the ring will step up to face each other for
the first time ever, and in a strap match.
FB: These two are going to beat on each other like an Amsterdam
dominatrix house. Not that I've been in one of those, but I've heard
stories from Clive Owen.
LD: You don't really know Clive Owen.
FB: I was the reason he got the role in King Arthur.
LD: Well, I don't know about King Arthur, but someone will leave the
ring after this match as the king of this Chamelot.
"Step Into The Light" begins to play over the War Memorial Stadium
as Simple Simon Terry steps out. He makes his way slowly to the ring
while taking in all the cheers from the crowd.
LD: After all the respect between SST and GRENDEL, the fans here in
Arkansas have really grown to like Simon Terry over the last few weeks.
FB: They're probably just glad that this is the last time they'll have
to see SST in a ring.
LD: I don't think that's the case at all Floyd.
Simon finally steps into the ring and waits as Butch Fitzpatrick affixes
one end of the strap around his arm.
FB: This could get ugly.
LD: Why do you say that?
FB: GRENDEL may get flashbacks of when GRANNYDEL used to whip him for
stealing her cherry pies out of the window.
The Arkansas crowd erupts for their hometown hero as "More Human
Than Human" begins playing over the PA system.
FB: The crowd here in Little Rock love Mr. Goodie's, that's for sure.
GRENDEL makes his way down the rampway. He stops to notice some of
the fan made signs stepping in. Butch says a few words and then puts
the other end of the strap on GRENDEL. SST and GRENDEL shake hands
and then back away from each other as far as the strap allows. Both
men roll the leather around their arms a few times for leverage as
the bell rings.
LD: Here we go, Floyd. You can see the look of determination in
both of these men's eyes.
The two legends begin the match with a game of tug o' war for the
first few seconds of the match. GRENDEL finally gains the upper hand
causing Terry to stumble a few steps. GRENDEL utilizes SST's lack of
balance to land a hard clothesline on Mississippi native. Terry goes
down for a moment but seizes the opportunity by pulling on the strap
and taking GRENDEL off his feet as well.
FB: Both men seem to be utilizing the strap.
GRENDEL rushes Simon, but SST leapfrogs over him pulling the strap
between G-Man's legs. Simon yanks the strap sending GRENDEL flipping
onto the mat. Simon then hits a legdrop on the fallen GRENDEL.
LD: You're exactly right. Simon Terry seems to be getting the hang
of things here. Especially seeing as how he's never been in a strap
match in his entire career.
GRENDEL makes his way to his feet and jumps over the top rope taking
SST with him outside the ring. Terry lands hard on the padded floor
outside the ring. GRENDEL begins stomping on SST as his makes his way
to his feet, then turning the stomps into punches to the body of Terry.
FB: These two are proving here that the leather strap can be used as
a weapon of more than just a leather belt.
GRENDEL goes to irish whip Simon Terry into the steel railing, but
SST reverses it and GRENDEL slamms into the railing instead flipping
him over into the crowd. Terry, still connected to GRENDEL, finds himself
running into the barrier as well. GRENDEL grabs Simon around the neck
and flips him into the crowd as well. Butch Fitzpatrick starts the count.
...1....2...3...4...5...6.
LD: This match can't end like this. These two have to get back into the
ring in order to have a clear cut winner.
GRENDEL grabs up Simon Terry and throws him back into the ring, rolling in
after him stopping the ten count from Butch. GRENDEL takes advantage of the
fallen Terry to walk over and tag the first turnbuckle.
FB: GRENDEL has touched the first turnbuckle of the match. That puts him
at an advantage now.
GRENDEL slowly staggers over to the second turnbuckle and slaps it as
well.
LD: That's two.
FB: GRENDEL is half way there, Lester. He could win this match early if
he makes the other two turnbuckles.
GRENDEL begins a run towards the third turnbuckle but Simon pulls on the
strap keeping him just inches from touching it. Simon yanks the strap again
taking GRENDEL off his feet. SST uses the momentum to jump and touch the
first turnbuckle for him.
FB: Simon Terry is closing the gap. He's just touched the first turnbuckle
for himself in the match.
LD: It's two to one now, GRENDEL in the favor.
GRENDEL runs in with a clothesline on SST as he begins to stand and make his
way to the second corner. GRENDEL folds a bit of the strap in half and begins
to smack Terry across his back with it. Simon folds backwards in pain.
LD: Now we see the old school coming out in GRENDEL.
FB: I'll have to AJ Supreme knew what this stipulation would mean for these
fans, and he did a good job booking the match this way.
GRENDEL then legdrops Simon Terry and grabs him around the head to pull him up.
GRENDEL turns it into a chicken wing suplex. GRENDEL makes his way once again
towards the third turnbuckle. SST grabs him by the foot and trips him over.
Simon then makes his way to his feet, followed by GRENDEL. The two begin a series
of punches. SST backs up to bounce off the ropes and hits GRENDEL with a running
elbow to the chest. GRENDEL staggers but doesn't fall. Simon repeats the process
and finally GRENDEL is taken off his feet. Simon jumps him and once again uses
the momentum to touch his second turnbuckle for the night.
LD: It's a new match again. Simple Simon Terry has evened out the odds here now.
The score is two to two.
FB: This match was slowly slipping away from Terry, and he knew it. It was time
for his second wind.
SST moves on to touch the third turnbuckle but GRENDEL is now to his feet and
pulls Simon back. GRENDEL then runs in with a knee to Terry's stomach. GRENDEL
seizing the opportunity grabs SST and pulls him up for a GRENDELbomb. Simon forces
his weight over taking GRENDEL off his feet. Simon runs over then and touches
the third turnbuckle.
LD: SST just changed to momentum of the match here. He's reached his third
turnbuckle of the match. He's only got one more to go.
SST turns to face the last tag of the match, but GRENDEL stands between him
and victory. GRENDEL bends down in a football stance and begins banging on his
chest, taunting Simon Terry to make his move. The crowd is going completely crazy
at this point. SST begins running toward the last turnbuckle, but is hit with a
hard spear from GRENDEL...in mid spear SST grabs G-Man around the neck and turns
it into a ddt. Both men feel a full impact and lays on the mat. GRENDEL begins a
crall towards his third turnbuckle and pulls himself up using the ropes. He tags
it.
LD: Both men have tagged three corners. They each only have one more to touch.
FB: But they are beaten down here. Can GRENDEL do it?
Simon stands up. GRENDEL makes his way to his last corner, but is pulled down
by SST. GRENDEL rolls over and stands back up. The two come face to face again.
G-Man kicks SST in the stomach and then hits the GRENDELbomb on SST. Terry hits
the mat hard but GRENDEL falls on one knee himself from exaustion. GRENDEL begins
to crawl for his fourth corner. He gets just inches away stretching for it. Simon
struggles to hold the big man back. Butch Fitzpatrick watches the corner waiting
for the last tag.
LD: Oh my God, Floyd! This is so intense. GRENDEL is less than two inches of
beating Simon Terry in his final match.
FB: Simon Terry is holding on with everything he has. One of these men will have
to tire out at some point.
Simon Terry finally uses the strap to slingshot GRENDEL into the opposite corner. He
uses the momentum to follow GRENDEL. As the big guy falls over, Simon climbs to
the top turnbuckle. He jumps and lands a "Simplesplash" on GRENDEL. Both men
feel the effects hard of the maneuver. SST begins to stand, but GRENDEL wraps the
strap around his neck and begins choking him with it, holding him back. Simon falls
on top of GRENDEL, causing him to let loose of the hold. Both men continue to lay
on the mat.
LD: Each man has only one tag left, but neither has the energy left in them to
continue.
Both men stand up, and make their way to opposite corners to get their last turnbuckles.
The strap is stretched to its limits with both men being less than a foot away from
winning the match. This begins a tug o' war once again between the two. GRENDEL takes
a step forward, but SST pulls him one step back again.
FB: It comes down to brute strenght here. Whoever is the strongest man, will win
the match.
Simon takes a step forward.....GRENDEL pulls simon another step back....GRENDEL then
takes another step....Both men are leaning hard towards the turnbuckles.
LD: This is too intense, Floyd.
FB: Who's the strongest man? Who's going to win this match?
Both men struggle hard to pull out. The strap being stretched splits in half. Both
men end up touching their turnbuckles.
LD: Both men just touched their last turnbuckle.
FB: Who was the winner, Lester?
LD: I couldn't tell. I don't even think Butch Fitzpatrick knows.
Butch stands in the middle of the ring confused. Simon Terry and GRENDEL both get
to their feet and lean in the final corners. Butch rolls out of the ring and
walks over to the announcers table, and begins to talk to Lester in his ear.
LD: Floyd, Butch Fitzpatrick is saying that he is going to watch a replay
on our monitors, and then make his decision on who the winner is.
FB: This is one of the craziest endings to match that I've ever seen, Lester.
Butch stands in front of the monitor for a moment and then walks over to Trip
Gordon. The talk for a few moments, and Gordon enters the ring with a microphone
in hand. GRENDEL and SST stand opposite sides of Trip Gordon as the announcement
is made......
TG: The winner of the strap match, but tagging all four turnbuckles before his
opponent is..............
The Arkansas crowd goes silent, anticipating the outcome.
TG: SIMPLE SIMON TERRY.
Butch raises SST's arm in victory. GRENDEL steps up to get face to face with Simon.
He begins to stare at him for a moment. SST extends his hand. GRENDEL looks down at
it for a moment. GRENDEL grabs the hand of Simon and holds on to it for a moment.
LD: It looks as though GRENDEL is about to pull something on SST. This can't happen
like this. This isn't the way Simon Terry wanted to leave wrestling.
FB: I don't think GRENDEL is happy with the outcome of the match.
GRENDEL pulls Simon's arm, jerking him into himself. He then takes the other arm
and wraps it around Simon's shoulder embracing him in a competitive hug. GRENDEL
then raises SST's arm.
LD: What a way to end a career, Floyd. Facing not only an opponent for the first time,
but a friend as well.
FB: Too mushy for me, Lester. This is wrestling not Grey's Anatomy.
GRENDEL and SST exit the ring together, stopping every few feet to acknowledge the
screaming fans, now on their feet.
COMMERCIAL BREAK - FOX 16 AND CW21

MG: And now, ladies and gentlemen, we're ready for our Shreveport Main Event. Who do you like in this match, Bettie?
BLR: Well, they're both great men but I think they're both spoken for, Melvin.
MG: Um, Bettie, I meant who do you think will win the match tonight?
BLR: Oh my word, of course. Well, if Chris can rile Doug up like he has the last few weeks then Chris will become champion. However, if Doug can control himself and keep this outstanding momentum that he's had going, then he'll retain. As far as an official pick, may the best man win.
MG: Indeed. Now, let's meet the combatants as they make their entrance.
The Canadian National Anthem starts up and the house lights go off. After several rifts the music switches to "Elimination" by PiMp. A lone Maple Leaf spotlight focuses in on the entrance way. After several moments the Pure Original and Denise Pelf-Sinclair enter the arena to a mixed reaction. Chris is wearing an open darkred trenchcoat and Denise is wearing matching short shorts, and a cut off Canadian Flag T-shirt. The couple smile then look into each others eyes. Chris tilts Denise's head back and gives her a very passionate kiss before the two start walking hand in hand toward the ring. Along the way to the ring the two pause, kiss once more and point to some signs mentioning the pair. As the couple reaches ring side the two kiss again then Denise climbs up and holds the ropes open for her man. Chris then clmbs into the ring and stands in the center with his arms spread wide and waits for Denise to remove his trench coat. Once the coat is off Denise tosses it over the ropes and gives her husband another kiss as she removes his glasses.
MG: Chris Sinclair is certainly not lacking in confidence.
BLR: He's had Doug's number the last few shows and feels that this is his time to be the champion.
MG: We'll soon find out if he's right.
The lights go out in the arena and a mysterious voice says,"The future burns brightly for the only...wrestler...that matters." With that, “Cult of Personality” by Living Colour begins playing. Finally, Doug Gavelon comes through the curtain. He holds up his arms above his head and forms an “X” with the metal sign in each hand. He then jogs down to the ring, gets on the apron, bounces on the ropes a few times. He then turns around and does a front flip into the ring. When he lands, he holds his arms out and throws his head back. After a dramatic pause, he holds his arms back over his head and forms the “X” with the metal sign in each hand.
MG: Doug has been the Natural Champion since defeating Brock Davids at Hog Heaven 3. Since then, he's defended the title against anyone and everyone. The one difference tonight is that his lovely girlfriend Tiffany isn't with him.
BLR: That's right. She was in Little Rock today competing in the Hog Wild Battle Royal and it was decided that Doug would stay here in Shreveport and concentrate on his match. I'm sure he's used to being out there by himself but it has to be a little upsetting for him that she's not in his corner.
MG: Well put. And now let's go up to Toby O for our introductions.
TO: Ladies and gentlemen, the following contest is scheduled for one fall with a one hour time limit and is the Shreveport Main Event of School of Hard Knocks. It is for the RCW Natural Championship. Shreveport, Louisiana it's time to rock n' roll!
The fans cheer loudly as they anticipate the start of the match.
TO: Introducing first, the challenger...accompanied tonight by his wife and valet Denise Pelf-Sinclair...from Guelph, Ontario, Canada...weighing 225 pounds...the #1 Contender for the RCW Natural Championship... "The Pure Original" Chris Sinclair!
The crowd gives Chris a mixed reaction. One fan yells an obscenity and Chris returns the favor with an obscene gesture.
Shreveport Ring Announcer: And his opponent...from Lock Haven, Pennsylvania...also weighing in at 225 pounds...the RCW Natural Champion... "Burning Hammer" Doug Gavelon!
The crowd erupts with cheers and breaks out with a "Ga-ve-lon" cheer.
MG: The majority of fans are behind Doug in this match.
BLR: After all he's done and gone through in his life, you can't help but root for the guy.
The ref takes the belt from Doug and holds it up for all sides of the crowd to see. The two men approach the center of the ring. They stand not more than a foot from each other and just stare into each other's eyes. Suddenly, Doug extends his hand to Sinclair. After Chris looks to either side of him at the crowd, he looks like he's about to shake Doug's hand when he pulls his hand away and flips him off. Doug just smirks and the two men begin circling each other as the bell rings.
MG: Chris Sinclair said he wouldn't show sportsmanship towards Doug during this match and looks like he's keeping his word.
BLR: And Doug can't be too happy about that gesture. Then again, maybe it'll just add to his motivation.
MG: We're about to find out.
The two men stop circling and lock up. Sinclair gets the advantage and gets Doug in a side headlock. Doug pushes him up against the ropes and sends Sinclair off. Sinclair comes back and knocks Doug down with a shoulder block. Sinclair bounces off the other ropes as Doug stays down so that Sinclair goes running over him. Sinclair runs at Doug but Doug jumps over him. Sinclair comes back and gets nailed by a dropkick from Doug. Sinclair gets right up and is put down by another dropkick. Doug tries for a rolling legdrop but Sinclair moves out of the way. Sinclair tries for a kick to Doug's face but Doug moves his head out of the way and then does a nip up to his feet. Doug tries for a hiptoss but Sinclair blocks it, does a backflip to get full control of Doug's arm and sends him over with an armdrag. Doug gets to his feet and runs at his opponent as Sinclair sets up for a clothesline. Doug ducks, springboards off the ropes and tries for the BFE but Sinclair ducks. However, Doug lands on his feet and hits a Pele kick that sends Sinclair to the mat.
MG: Some unbelievable action early on by these two competitors.
BLR: If they keep this up, this will be an instant classic.
Doug tries for a standing shooting star press but Sinclair gets his knees up and follows up with an STO which sends Doug to the canvas.
MG: Our first cover of the match.
1...
2...
NO! Doug kicks out.
BLR: Doug's too good a wrestler to let that finish him off.
MG: Yes, but it looks like Chris is about to open up on the offense.
Sinclair picks Doug up and locks his hands around Doug's head for a Muay Thai clinch. He then lands knee after knee to Doug's midsection before landing a double knee to Doug's jaw. As Doug is staggered, Sinclair hooks his head and arm and hits a uranage, or rock bottom.
MG: Another quick cover.
1..
2..
NO! Doug gets his shoulder up.
BLR: Doug has a look of pain on his face.
MG: Definitely. Doug is really hurting now.
Sinclair picks Doug up and hits a snap suplex and floats over for another cover.
MG: Chris Sinclair keeping the pressure on Doug Gavelon.
1...
2...
NO! Doug kicks out again.
BLR: I think Chris is doing the right thing by staying right on Doug.
MG: I fully agree. This aggressive streak may lead him to victory in the end.
Sinclair sets Doug up against the ropes, hits a few chops to his chests and whips Doug into the opposite ropes. Sinclair catches him with a kick to his midsection, bounces off the opposite ropes and knocks Doug down with a neckbreaker. Sinclair follows that up with a senton splash.
MG: Yet another cover by Chris Sinclair.
1...
2...
NO! Doug still kicks out.
BLR: Chris keeps attacking those ribs. It'll be really hard for Doug to breathe, let alone hit the Burning Hammer.
Sinclair picks Doug up and hits a big Irish whip which sends Doug flying sternum first into the turnbuckles. He falls to the mat clutching at his midsection. Sinclair picks him back up and tries for the same thing but Doug lands on the middle rope. Sinclair charges in and is caught by the BFE but Doug can't follow up as his ribs continue to hurt him. He gets to his feet, as does Sinclair, and bounces off the ropes. Sinclair sees him coming and nails him with a vicious spear. Sinclair turns to the crowd and holds his arms up as if to say "What do you think about that?" The fans respond with boos.
MG: The fans really getting on Sinclair's case.
BLR: It's one thing to beat Doug but now he's trying to humiliate him.
MG: I'm really starting to wonder how much more Doug can take.
Doug gets to his feet, Sinclair hooks him in a front headlock, does a backward roll and into a Canadian Maple Leaf single leg crab. While having his opponent hooked in the move, Sinclair continues to jaw to the fans as Doug writhes in pain. The fans begin chanting "U-S-A" and Sinclair responds by flipping everyone off. Doug begins crawling towards the ropes but as he's about to reach them, Sinclair pulls him back to the center and turns the move into a Texas Cloverleaf.
MG: Chris Sinclair is really wrenching on Doug's body with that move.
BLR: As hard as it is to imagine, we may see Doug Gavelon tap out.
Doug again yells out in pain as the fans chant "Please Don't Tap!" They begin clapping louder and louder as Doug inches closer and closer towards the ropes. He makes one last move towards the ropes and gets his index and middle finger on the bottom rope as the fans come to their feet with cheers. The ref makes Sinclair break the hold.
MG: Impressive display of guts by Doug Gavelon.
BLR: He withstood the pain and retained his title...for now.
Sinclair waits for Doug to get to his feet before bouncing off the ropes. He charges at Doug but Doug locks in a Greco Roman knuckle lock and hits Sinclair with a monkey flip which sends him to the outside. Doug takes a few moments to recover before following up. He bounces off the ropes and goes for a dive through the ropes but is kicked in the face by Sinclair. As Doug lays prone over the middle rope, Sinclair gets on the ring apron and drops an leg over Doug's neck and back which sends him sprawling to the floor.
MG: That risk really didn't pay off for Doug. He may be out here.
BLR: If that's true then Chris is in trouble because he can't win the title on a countout or DQ.
MG: That's exactly right. He'll need to get Doug back in the ring if he wants to be Natural Champion.
Sinclair grabs Doug by the hair and brings him back to the ring apron, hooks him in a front headlock and hits a tornado DDT to the floor which causes the crowd to let out a huge "Oooooooooh!"
MG: Big move by Chris Sinclair and both men are down.
BLR: The ref is starting his count. Let's see if either man can get up.

Chris pulls himself up thanks to the ring apron.

9...
At the last possible millisecond, Doug gets back into the ring and is immediately met by an elbow to his midsection.
MG: Chris Sinclair once again going for the cover.
1..
2..
NO! Doug still gets the shoulder up.
BLR: It's just phenomenal what kind of punishment Doug has taken in this match.
As both men get to their feet, Sinclair runs to the ropes and jumps onto the middle rope for possibly a lionsault. Doug leaps at him, hits a forearm to Sinclair's back and follows up with a Burning Hammer.
MG: Burning Hammer by Doug Gavelon! This one could be over!
BLR: But Doug can't follow up because his ribs are still hurting him.
As Sinclair is laid out, Doug crawls over and drapes his arm over his chest.
MG: Cover!
1...
2..
NO! Chris gets his shoulder up.
BLR: That extra time is what Chris Sinclair needed to kick out of the Burning Hammer.
Doug gets to his feet, bounces off the ropes and tries for a spinning headscissors but Sinclair catches him with a backbreaker. Doug staggers around and Sinclair locks in a modified sleeper hold.
MG: Original Clutch by Chris Sinclair!
BLR: This may be it, Melvin.
Doug struggles around the ring with the move locked in as the fans chant "Ga-ve-lon!" Doug looks like he's about to go out when he runs at the turnbuckle, kicks off and lands on top of Sinclair.
MG: Is the match going to end this way again?
1...
2...
NO! Both men kick out of the hold.
BLR: We almost had a repeat of last time but luckily both Doug and Chris were able to escape.
Sinclair tries for a clothesline but Doug ducks and tries for another Burning Hammer. Doug's ribs give out and Sinclair escapes. Still behind Doug, Sinclair hooks Doug's waist and goes for a roll up.
MG: Roll up by Sinclair.

NO! Doug kicks out.
BLR: Reversal by Doug!
MG: 1...

NO! Sinclair reverses and is on top again.

2..
NO! Doug gets the shoulder up.
BLR: What a great little exchange that just was.
Both men get to their feet where Sinclair kicks Doug in the ribs and picks him up in a powerbomb position. He then gets a running start and throws Doug into the turnbuckles as the fans go "Oooooooooh!" Sinclair then grabs Doug by the hair and ascends to the top rope.
MG: Looks like Chris is setting up for the Pure Original Destroyer.
BLR: This could be it.
Sinclair signals the end as the fans continue to boo. As Sinclair jumps over Doug, Doug holds onto the top rope and hits a few right hands to Sinclair's jaw. Doug then drops back and hits a double knee to Sinclair's jaw. Sinclair staggers and Doug hits an overhead belly-to-belly as the fans erupt with cheers.
BLR: Oh my word!
MG: Doug Gavelon is coming back.
Doug goes to the top rope and comes off with a big splash.
MG: Ground Zero by Doug Gavelon.
1...
2...
NO! Chris gets the shoulder up.
BLR: He's fought so hard to get this rematch and he doesn't want to give it up now.
The two men get to their feet and come nose-to-nose. Sinclair slaps Doug, Doug slaps Sinclair and they begin trading strikes as the fans cheer wildly. Doug gets the advantage with several chops to Sinclair's face. Sinclair comes back with a back elbow to Doug. Doug bounces off the ropes and comes back with a roaring elbow. Sinclair bounces back off the ropes and connects with a bicycle kick which staggers Doug. Sinclair gets behind him and goes for a release German suplex but Doug lands on his feet. Doug picks Sinclair up again for a Burning Hammer but Sinclair rakes his eyes and once he's on the ground, he knees Doug in the ribs. Doug tries for a right hand but Sinclair catches him and goes for a small package.
MG: Small package by Chris Sinclair.
1...
2...
NO! Doug gets out!
Sinclair gets to his feet, hooks Doug's legs and drops down on Doug's head with a curb stomp.
MG: What a painful maneuver!
BLR: That may be it for Doug.
MG: Cover.
1...
2..
NO! Doug, somehow, someway, gets a shoulder up.
BLR: He still has some fight in him.
Sinclair smacks the mat with frustration before climbing to the top rope in a moonsault position. He flips off the crowd one more time which gives Doug time to recover and hit a flying forearm to Sinclair's back. As Sinclair sits prone on the top rope, Doug grabs him in the torture rack position and manages to hit a Burning Hammer which causes the fans to stand up again and become nuclear with their cheers.
MG: Burning Hammer!
1...
2...
3! Doug Gavelon has retained his title!
BLR: What a great match! This place has gone crazy!
MG: Both men should be proud of their performance.
TO: Here is your winner...and...STILL RCW Natural Champion... "Burning Hammer" Doug Gavelon!
COMMERCIAL BREAK - RIB CRIB - WHERE BOLD BEGINS
The camera cuts back to Lester and Floyd in Little Rock....
LD: What a match Floyd, Doug retained his title in a hard fought match.
FB: But we've got the main event of Shcool of Hard Knocks right ahead. Hollywood vs. Ase for all the gold.
LD: Indeed, let's go to Trip Gordon to start the match.
TG: Ladies and gentlemen... it's time for our MAIN EVENT!
The crowd cheers.
TG: It will be a Ladder Match for the RCW Southern Heritage Championship!
The fans get louder.
TG: Introducing first, the challenger... from Hollywood, California... “The Main Attraction” Jeffrey Hollywood!
The lights dim as “Superstar” by Saliva begins to blare throughout the arena. The fans boo as Jeffrey Hollywood emerges from the entranceway. He wears a black silk shirt with a white suit jacket, both of which are unbutton, along with a pair of expensive sunglasses. He grins as he slowly raises his right fist into the air while turning his head, causing his hair to whip around, giving him that almost “rock star” appearance. The fans continue to boo as he walks down the ramp, stopping halfway down to look at the ladder set up in the aisle way. He grins and walks past it, then slides into the ring and stands in the center of it. Again he raises his right fist high in the air, giving his “rock star pose” before going to the corner where he takes off his jacket, shirt, and sunglasses. His music fades as he looks confident while leaning up against the turnbuckles.
LD: This is the big one Floyd, Hollywood has never looked better.
FB: You're looking at the next Southern Heritage Champion right now Daley.
LD: That could be, but Ase is possibly one of the toughest Champions we've ever seen.
Hollywood turns his attention towards the entranceway as Trip introduces the Champion himself.
TG: Now, from Atlantic City, NJ by way of Helsinki, Finland... the Southern Heritage Champion, Ase!
The lights dim visibly as the single reverberating chord that opens Breaking Benjamin's "Polyamorous" hits the PA. Smoke fills the entranceway as the guitar, bass, and drums kick in simultaneously. Ben Burnley's voice bursts through the PA as Tarja leading Ase on a leash, step out of the smoke. Tarja leads Ase halfway down the ramp, where she stops at the ladder and unleashes Ase. He climbs the ladder and stands at the top, holding up the Southern Heritage Championship as the fans boo. Ase points at Hollywood who stands in the ring, looking up at him. As Ase climbs back down the ladder, Hollywood slides out of the ring and charges at him. Ase drops the belt as he grabs Hollywood and the two men start exchanging rapid punches as the crowd can't help but erupt in cheers.
FB: HERE WE GO DALEY!
LD: Butch has called for the bell, this Southern Heritage Championship Ladder Match has begun!
The bell sounds as Jeffrey and Ase continue to pound away at each other, until Ase finally grabs Hollywood's head and slams it into the side of the ladder. Ase hits a low kick to the back of Jeffrey's knee, dropping him to one knee. Ase follows with an open hand strike to the throat, a side kick to Hollywood's chest, and finishes with a buzzsaw kick to the back of the head, dropping Jeffrey down face-first onto the ground. Ase then does a double-footed stomp on his lower back, and proceeds to taunt the fans while standing on Hollywood.
LD: The Champ looking good thus far.
FB: Hollywood is just giving Ase a false sense of security.
Ase gets off the back of Hollywood and waits for him to start getting up. As Hollywood does, Ase runs and kicks him right in the face. Jeffrey rolls on the ground, holding his face as Ase smirks. Ase pulls Hollywood up and connects with a suplex onto the ramp. Hollywood holds his back in pain as Ase pulls him back up, lifting him into the air for another suplex, only this time he drops him forward, stomach first across the guardrail. Hollywood lays across the rail in pain as Ase climbs halfway up the ladder.
LD: The Champion has cruel intentions in mind here.
FB: Hollywood is far from out of the match, just give him some time to recover.
LD: Doesn't look like he's got much time, here comes Ase off that ladder!
Ase jumps off with a leg drop to the back of Hollywood's head, sending him over the rail and back onto the ramp way. Ase kneels down and gets right in Hollywood's face, mocking him as Hollywood tries to get up.
FB: Good to see the Title has been raised above the ring and is in place now.
LD: Took awhile since Ase and Hollywood started the fight in the entryway.
Ase sees that his Title is hanging above the ring now, and he smirks. He grabs the ladder, folds it up, and heads towards the ring. He slides the ladder in and slides in himself. He looks back at Hollywood, who still lays on the ground, and grins as he sets up the ladder right under the title belt. He starts climbing up.
LD: This could be over already, Ase is going for his belt.
FB: Hollywood was playing possum, he's up and he sprints to the ring.
He jumps onto the apron, leaps onto the top rope and springboards off with a drop kick right to the side of the ladder, sending Ase off of it. Ase crashes down hard, chest first onto the top rope. Hollywood gets to his feet, rushes over, hooks Ase and delivers a release tiger suplex.
FB: There we go!
LD: Hollywood coming back.
Hollywood grabs the fallen ladder and lifts it above his head, then just drops it down onto Ase's back. The Champ holds his back in pain as Jeffrey shoves the ladder off him. Hollywood pulls Ase up and connects with a snap suplex right onto the ladder. With Ase laid on top of the ladder, Jeffrey follows up with a standing moonsault.
FB: Can you feel it Daley?
LD: Feel what?
FB: Ase's reign as Champion coming to an end tonight.
LD: I'm telling you Floyd, Ase is Champion for a reason and I'm not doubting his ability to retain.
FB: I am.
Ase rolls off the ladder, again holding his back in pain as Hollywood grabs the ladder. He goes over to the corner and places the ladder up against the turnbuckles on an angle. Hollywood goes over and pulls Ase to his feet, then whips him towards the ladder. Ase reverses and sends Hollywood towards it, yet Hollywood jumps and lands near the top of it and balances there. Ase quickly runs and charges right up the ladder behind Hollywood, grabbing him and jumping off with a huge release German suplex. The crowd erupts to their feet as seeing such an amazing move.
LD: WOW! Told you Floyd, don't count Ase out of this thing.
FB: How did he do that?
Jeffrey holds the back of his head as Ase gets to his feet. He goes over and gets the ladder out of the corner, as he does, Hollywood is able to get to his feet. Ase turns around and heads towards Hollywood, who uses his speed to jump onto the middle rope and springboards off with an enzuigiri to the ladder, sending it right into Ase's face. Again the crowd erupts in cheers.
LD: What a match this is turning out to be.
FB: This is the main event for the Southern Heritage Championship at School of Hard Knocks, of course this is an amazing match.
Hollywood picks Ase up and bodyslams him onto the ladder. He spits down on the Champion before going for a standing shooting star press. Ase rolls out of the way at the last second and Hollywood crashes down onto the ladder. Ase gets up and rolls Hollywood off the ladder long enough to lift it open and rolls Jeffrey back between the two sides of the ladder. Ase slams the top part down onto Hollywood several times, just sandwiching him inside it.
LD: The Champion gaining the upper hand again.
FB: Not for long though.
LD: I don't know Floyd, looks to me like Hollywood is in trouble.
FB: That's cause your blind, I mean anyone who calls that hag of a wife of yours beautiful, has to be blind.
LD: I'm going to ignore that comment.
FB: More like Alzheimer's is kicking in and you already forgot it.
LD: Ignoring that too.
FB: Wow, Alzheimer's is really affecting your work performance... AJ should get me a new broadcast partner, I wonder if Jessica Simpson would be interested?
LD: Focus Floyd, while you've been your rude self, Ase has gotten himself a chair from ringside.
Ase slides back into the ring, with chair in hand as Hollywood still lays inside the ladder. Ase smirks evilly as he raises the chair high above his head, and then repeatedly slams it down onto the top part of the ladder, causing it to smash down onto the trapped Hollywood.
FB: Ase just unloading on Hollywood, that's because he knows he can't win this match so he's trying to do as much damage as he can.
LD: Ase looks like he is in perfect control of winning this match.
Ase finally drops the chair onto the ladder and goes over to the corner. He climbs up and looks down as Hollywood still lays inside the ladder, with the chair laying right above his face. Ase jumps off with a sickening double foot stomp right to the chair, crushing down onto Hollywood's face. The fans go crazy after seeing this.
Fans: OH MY GOD!!!!! OH MY GOD!!!! OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!
Jeffrey finally rolls out of the ladder, holding his face in pain as Ase favors his ankle after that move. He grabs the ladder and sets it back up under the belt. He starts to climb, still favoring his ankle as he gets closer and closer to his belt. Hollywood pulls himself up, grabs the chair and throws it right at Ase's head. It cracks against the side of his skull, sending him down off the ladder, crashing to the mat.
FB: That's it, now start climbing.
LD: Ase was close to getting his hands on his belt, but his ankle must be hurting after that double foot stomp.
Hollywood picks up the chair and waits for Ase to get up, as he does, Hollywood swings and cracks in right across the head with the chair. The fans again spring to their feet and erupt for the action inside the ring.
LD: Look at the dent that was just put in that chair!
FB: Ase is seeing stars now.
To the surprise of the fans, Ase gets back to his feet, motioning for Hollywood to hit him again. Hollywood obliges and cracks him in the forehead with another vicious chair shot. The fans just get louder and louder as Hollywood drops the chair and turns back towards the ladder.
FB: Go for it, this is your chance Hollywood!
LD: Jeffrey starting to make that long climb to the top.
As Hollywood starts climbing up the ladder, Ase pulls himself to his feet. Hollywood sees this and drops down off the ladder, picks the chair back up, and swings with everything he has, this time the impact sends Ase out of the ring.
LD: WHOA!
FB: YEAH BABY!
The fans erupt again.
Fans: R-C-W...... R-C-W......... R-C-W!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hollywood tosses the chair down and lets out a yell of adrenaline as he watches Ase fall through the ropes and crash to the ground at ringside. Jeffrey slides out of the ring and looks down at the now busted open Southern Heritage Champion.
FB: What is he doing? He should be climbing the ladder and going for the title.
Hollywood pulls Ase up and connects with a corkscrew neckbreaker on the outside. He then looks under the ring and pulls out a table. The fans cheer as they see him lift the table up and rest one end on the ring apron and the other end on the guardrail. He pulls Ase up and lays him on top of the table, then slides into the ring.
LD: Ase sprawled out on that table, blood is dripping from his forehead.
FB: Hollywood has something in mind, he's set that ladder up right next to the ropes.
Hollywood climbs to the top of the ladder, looks down at Ase who is still motionless on the table. He takes a breath and jumps off, connecting perfectly with a corkscrew moonsault, which crashes Ase through the table. Both men lay on the ground as the fans stomp their feet and bang against the guardrails.
Fans: THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!! THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!! THAT WAS AWESOME!!!!!
LD: Holy Crap!
FB: They're both dead!!!
Both men lay motionless in the rubble of broken table pieces. Finally Hollywood pulls himself up and is able to slide into the ring. Hollywood grabs the ladder and positions it under the title. He looks up and starts climbing, taking each step carefully as the ladder wobbles from all the damage it has received during this match. Jeffrey gets close to the top and starts reaching for the title, when suddenly, out of nowhere, Ase leaps off the top rope and lands perfectly on the opposite side of the ladder. He quickly climbs to the top, grabs a hold of Hollywood, and superplexs him off the ladder.
Fans: R-C-W...... R-C-W......... R-C-W!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
LD: MY GOD!!!
FB: I CAN'T BELIEVE IT!!!
Again both men lay on the mat, both trying to recover from the huge fall. Both men start slowly getting up, both using the ropes for help. Ase runs at Hollywood, who ducks down and pulls the top rope with him, sending Ase to the outside. Hollywood slides out and rams a knee right into Ase's face. He then looks under the ring and pulls out a second ladder.
LD: Another ladder has been brought into play.
Hollywood takes the ladder and places it across the entranceway, resting it on top of the opposite guardrails. He then goes back to the ring, and pulls out a third ladder.
LD: A third ladder.
Hollywood sets that ladder up at ringside, and is visibly taller than the other two,
FB: That one is taller than the other two Daley, Hollywood could be looking to put Ase out for good here.
LD: Ase is barely moving at ringside.
Jeffrey pulls Ase up and places him on top of the ladder that rests across the guardrails. Hollywood then starts climbing the taller ladder, as the fans watch on in anticipation.
FB: Hollywood could be looking for another corkscrew moonsault here.
LD: Only Ase is up and off the ladder!
The crowd gets anxious as Ase rolls off the ladder, rushes over, and starts climbing the opposite side of the taller ladder. Ase mets Hollywood at the top and connects with a few punches on the surprised challenger.
FB: I don't think Hollywood realized Ase was off the ladder until it was too late.
LD: OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Ase grabs Hollywood by the back of the head and slams face first into the top of the ladder, then jumps over him with a sunset flip into a powerbomb off the top of the ladder, down through the other ladder. The impact just completely bends the ladder as Hollywood crashes to the unforgiving ground. The crowd erupts as both men lay on the ground.
Fans: HOLY SH*T!!!....... HOLY SH*T!!!........ HOLY SH*T!!!
LD: Hollywood has to be dead, how could he survive that?
FB: That was insane!!!!
After what seems like hours, Ase finally gets to his feet and rolls into the ring. Hollywood continues to lay on the ground, holding his back as Ase repositions the ladder inside the ring. He starts making the slow climb to the top as Hollywood ignores the pain surging through his body to get back to his feet. He grabs the taller ladder and slides it into the ring. He gets in, picks up the ladder and slams it up into Ase's face just as he was about to grab his belt.
LD: Ase falls back to the mat from that shot, and now Hollywood is climbing up.
FB: Hollywood is smarter though, he's set up that taller ladder which isn't wobbling like that other one.
As Hollywood makes his slow climb up the ladder, Tarja screams into Ase to get up, otherwise he will lose his belt. Just as Jeffrey nears the top, Ase gets up and quickly climbs up the opposite side of the ladder. As Ase is just a few steps below Hollywood, Ase reaches through the ladder and grabs Hollywood's leg. He pulls his foot through the ladder, causing Hollywood to fall backwards. Ase manages to grab Hollywood's other foot as the challenger hangs upside down on the ladder. Ase feeds his legs through and locks in a variation of a figure-4 on Hollywood at the top of the ladder.
FB: How is that even possible?
LD: I've seen guys do a figure-4 around a ring post, but Ase has got one locked in at the top of that ladder... simply amazing!
The crowd watches in awe as Hollywood screams out in pain from this never before seen hold. Finally Ase releases the hold, and Hollywood just tumbles off the ladder as Ase is able to catch himself. The Champion gets himself steadied, and starts climbing back to the top. Hollywood lays on the mat, and looks up seeing Ase almost at the title and kicks out the bottom of the ladder. Ase comes crashing down and lands hard on the mat.
FB: Quick thinking by Hollywood.
LD: How are either of these guys still going?
FB: It's all for that Southern Heritage Championship Daley, Hollywood said he'd do whatever it would take to win it.
LD: And Ase is doing everything it takes to make sure he doesn't.
Hollywood goes over and sets the taller ladder up under the belt again, favoring his knee. He starts climbing as Ase uses the shorter ladder to pull himself up. He starts climbing that ladder as Hollywood gets closer and closer to the belt. Ase get to the very top of his ladder and stands up as Hollywood is just about at the title. Suddenly Ase's ladder wobbles so much it tips over, but Ase is able to jump off and grab Hollywood's head, nailing him with a huge Killotus off the other ladder.
LD: Killotus!!!!
FB: He jumped off a falling ladder and still hit the move in midair from the second ladder, Hollywood could have a broken neck!
The fans are going wild as both men lay motionless on the mat. Blood continues to pour from Ase's forehead as Hollywood holds his neck. Finally Ase pulls himself up and goes for the ladder. He grabs the smaller one and realizes it's too wobbly to climb so he tosses it out of the ring. He sets up the taller ladder and starts climbing.
LD: This is it Floyd, Ase is going to retain.
FB: GET UP HOLLYWOOD!
Ase gets close to the top and realizes he set up the ladder too far off so he has to turn around and reach forward for the belt. As he tries to keep his balance, Hollywood manages to pull himself up and upon seeing Ase only inches away from the belt, he starts climbing the opposite side of the ladder. He reaches the top just as Ase has his fingers on the belt, Hollywood punches him in the back of the head to stop him. Hollywood puts one foot on the very top of the ladder, grabs Ase and lifts him up for a high angle back drop suplex, and then leaps off and delivers a huge front face powerbomb face plant from the top of the ladder!
FB: HIGHLIGHT OF THE NIGHT OFF THE LADDER!!!!!!!!!!
LD: NO WAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The crowd is on their feet, just going absolutely crazy at seeing how far these two are willing to take it. Once again several moments pass before Hollywood is able to roll to his feet. He slowly starts climbing up the ladder as Ase still lays on the mat.
FB: No, the ladder is too far away Hollywood... you've got to move it!
LD: He can barely climb that ladder, he's got almost nothing left.
Tarja slides into the ring and grabs a hold of Hollywood's leg, preventing him from climbing any higher. She yells for Ase to get up, and as if her commands give him new life, he gets to his feet. He goes to the opposite side of the ladder and starts climbing.
FB: Kick her off Hollywood, Ase is going to retain!
Tarja actually pulls Hollywood off the ladder, but he manages to land on his feet. Tarja goes to smack him but he catches her arm and grabs a handful of her hair. He runs and tosses her over the ropes and looks back as Ase is at the top of the ladder and is trying to step over the top to be able to reach forward and grab his belt. The fans are on their feet as Hollywood rushes over, bends down and grabs the bottom step on the ladder. He lifts it up and tips the ladder over, causing Ase to fly backwards off the very top of the ladder and down to the outside.
LD: LOOK OUT!!!!!
FB: INCOMING!!!!!!
Ase crashes down onto the announcers table, which explodes into pieces upon impact. Daley and Floyd are able to get out of the way in time, but Ase is completely motionless after the major fall. Hollywood repositions the ladder and starts climbing as Floyd and Lester try to regroup.
LD: Oh my god, Ase has to bed dead!
FB: Look Daley, Hollywood is almost at the top of the ladder!
The fans watch as Hollywood reaches the top, grabs a hold of the Southern Heritage Title and pulls it down. Butch signals for the bell as Hollywood sits on the top of the ladder, clutching the title against his chest.
TG: Here is your winner... and NEW SOUTHERN HERITAGE CHAMPION... JEFFREY HOLLYWOOD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
“Superstar” by Saliva blares as Hollywood looks at the title in his hands. Seth Parker and Heather Divine come down to the ring to celebrate with the new Champion. Medical staff rush to Ase's aid as Hollywood raises the Southern Heritage Championship high above his head as he stands at the top of the ladder.
FB: Told you Daley, Jeffrey Hollywood stands alone at the top of Razorback Championship Wrestling as the new Southern Heritage Champion!
LD: After everything we've seen these past few months, and everything he went through tonight.... Hollywood deserves that Title.
Hollywood continues to celebrate his victory as the camera fades to black.
