Where to find: See Tai Ho
Unfortunatly, you can't use him in Suikoden 2. He had a cool unite in the last game with Tai Ho, but for some stupid reason, Konami thought it would be better for him to be a useless character. Go figure. Talk to him at the docks to go fishing. Fishing is quite useless unless you want to make certain things in the resturant.
He hangs around Tai Ho all the time. He calls Tai Ho "big brother" for some reason. I'll have to send Richmond after him to find out why.
