He's your farmer. Bring him the seed people give you, or you found. The seeds grow and are ingredients for Hai Yo to use. Also, if you talk to him, you can play a cool whack a mole game. It's pretty weird.
A man of the land. He used to have a field near Muse but it was destroyed. He wound up in Forest Village adn then your castle.
