Where to find: Lakewest. Head to Two Rivers and go to the Kobald item shop. Buy some Spicy Tacos and use them on the hero. He'll be in "toasty" condition. Go talk to him and he'll join.
He's the bath guy. Talk to him when you want to take a bath. Why would you want to ? Because it can make your guys "toasty" if you leave them there long enough. Also, you know those items you get appraised, you can place them in the bath house. BONUS: Take Viktor and Flik (no one else) into the Cypruss Bath and the Jungle Bath for some conversation.
This guy has some weird obssesion with baths. Thats all.
