The awesome fisherman is back for a second time. I don't use him a lot but I did in the first and he was fairly good. I'm not sure about this, you may have to load your Suikoden 1 data, but bring him back instead of Amada for a conversation with Viktor.
Tai Ho is back again. He is the best sea captain in the land. His "little brother" Yam Koo follows him around, learning from him. He likes to gamble. And he's quite the lady's man.
