He's alright. I've used him against Luca Blight, of course teamed up with Kinnison. Team him up with another archer for the Wild Arrow attack. It's handy against Luca Blight.
The only elf in the game. He was in the first Suikoden. He prides himself as being the fastest thing alive. That he is. He's the bearer of one of the 27 True Runes, the True Holy Rune. This has no sense in the Suikoden 2 but it does in the first.
