Where to find: Can't miss 'em
Shin is a pretty good fighter. He is also a good soldier in war, who sports the critical ability. His Spider Slay attack is awesome, but he can only use it once. He has high attack, but low defence. He's a must have for boss fights just so you can get that Spider Slay damage in.
Terresa's bodyguard. He isn't very chatty and there are amusing results when you send Richmond looking for his secrets. He has feeling for Terresa, but won't admit it.
