Where to find: Talk to the first old lady you see when you enter Kuskus Town. She'll talk about a bunch of thiefs picking on all-girl groups. Bring a group of all girls (it has to be you and at least 1 girl. No guys except for yourself). Walk across the bridge to the left and you've got her.
