Where to find: Can't miss 'em.
He's an ok character, but he's not the best. I'd certainly like having him around then Bolgan or Hannah. Team him up with his wife Yoshino and they can do the Husband-Wife Attack.
Freed is what you would call a "yesman" (Just look at his picture. "Yes sir, I will take a flying leap of the cliff."). He was Lord Greimieners (or something like that) assistant. When he was killed by Solon Jhee, Freed was mad as hell. Go figure. He is really in love with his wife Yoshino but due to his shyness, can't show it in public.
