For a useless character, I seems to like him a lot. He's pretty cool. He is your army's spin doctor. He recruits former soldiers to aid your army.
Fitcher's been around. He used to be Annabelle's messager and then Makai's messanger. Makai fires him and tells him to join with your army. He joins, and later on, the position of Mayor of Muse is thrust on his shoulders, without him knowing it.
