Custom Saber # 2
This is one of my completely original creations.
When i drew up this design i planned on having the whole saber one thickness and break it up with different lengths of the outter tubing with slipjoint polywashers in between. It was going to be a really plain looking saber though so i decided to have a section of straight grips put onto the inner tube so the saber would still be about the same thickness but would have a bit more of a look to it.
This is the first saber that i used screws to attach the straight grips. I found that it works alot better than using rivots because you have more control when putting them on and they also look good.
Because of the grips i was not able to make this saber hold a guide stick but it works great for just having it swing from your hip and to show off.
