This is a collection of recipes I've gathered or created over the years. The Restaurant Recipes consist of different recipes I've collected from two family restaurants owned by either my family or extended family. They are Cantonese or Cantonese-American in origin. My uncle and aunt used to run Moon Song Restaurant in Tempe, Arizona. It used to be one of the handful of Chinese restaurants there in the 70's and 80's. My own family used to run China House Restaurant in Orange, California. They were Cantonese-American restaurants geared toward non-Chinese eaters. But for our own meals, the cooks made meals geared for Chinese eaters: the family members.
