This is one of the few Chinese Muslim restaurants in the area. Observant Muslims do not eat pork, so don't expect to find any here. Most Chinese restaurants don't serve lamb, but this one does. I'm not a big fan of lamb, but the Lamb with Green Onion was tasty. What I liked the best was the Sesame Bread with Green Onion. It's shaped like a pizza crust except it is about 1.5 inches high. Unlike most breads, this one has distinct layers inside. I believe this is done by coating each layer with some type of oil. A whole order can easily serve a party of four. It goes very well with the other dishes. The Small Pea Sprout with Garlic Sauce was also very good. Parking is difficult because it is located in a huge mall with a 99 Ranch Market. You can always try underground parking.
