The basic idea is that you get paid for reading emails & clicking on special paid links. Most programs also offer a paid-to-click section on their website and some offer startup pages and paid-to-signup offers. I have further broken down the paid to read programs into groups; the top 10, the better-than-most programs, the best of the low/no-minimum payout programs, and the not worth your time. The not worth your time programs are located on a separate page. Values in parenthesis indicate money earned but not yet paid. The *earn per month category is how much you can expect to earn without referrals by clicking on most links sent to you via email and using the PTC section 3-4 times a week.
