Sure enough, there it was. In fact, virtually all the snow drifts in this area were covering crevasses. In some spots they were a few metres wide, but the widest that we actually jumped across was only just over a metre. They are so deep that you can never see the bottom, just a deeper and deeper shade of blue.

This site is designed to be viewed at a minimum screen resolution of 1024 x 768. If your computer can't handle this, it is time to get a new computer!
