This UK based ISP offers free webbased email, free pop3 and free smtp
service to the web community. The webmail system is one of the standard
ones, but the service is indepdent and is not part of any big brand
companies but is apart of a small isp service. A Valid email address is
required for signing up as the signup is validated by email now
following some signup problems with the scripting of the signup system.

basic account size is 5mb but premium account size upgrades are
