We are most importantly
blessed to be the parents of two great sons, married to two women who are beautiful in every
way.
And our more recent joys -- 4 grandchildren born in 2000 and 2002!

Ray and Peggy's Hobbies and Interests
Both - Nature, Music, News

Ray - Politics, History, Fishing, Mowing the Grass
We live in the St. Louis area, which is home and where the newspaper is the
St.
Louis Post-Dispatch, and there are Cardinals baseball, lots of
Catholics, and wonderful Italian restaurants.
From mid 1991 until mid 1997, we lived in Memphis, where the newspaper is
The
Commercial Appeal, and there are Elvis and blues and gracious, faith-filled
people, and wonderful barbecue.
Ray is retired from DOD and the Mo. Air National Guard. After
his federal retirement, he spent a year working in Saudi Arabia and four years
working for Ensafe/Allen & Hoshall, an environmental remediation firm in
Memphis. He has now retired again to a life of fishing, golfing,
tinkering, traveling, and watching CNN.
Peggy is retired from her job as an auditor and manager with
DCAA. She is now online often checking her
e-mail from several discussion lists related to contemplation and to social
justice. She particularly enjoys the community on the
Sojourners
discussion
list.
Peggy also has volunteered at our parish St. Norbert as well as Holy Trinity Parish
in St. Louis,
North County Churches Uniting
for Racial Harmony and Justice,
Old Jamestown Assn.,
Pallottine Renewal Center,
and the Institute for Peace and Justice.

Below are some pictures of our yard, altogether 4 1/2 acres. Fun for Peggy riding the
big tractor around; not as much fun for Ray who mows all the grass around the
trees and close to the house.

And below is a picture from our condo
at Lake of the Ozarks. It is beautiful there. Peggy brings her notebook computer
and sits at the desk just next to the windows. Ray goes out in his bass boat or
fishes from the dock.
