Psalms 24:10. All the ways of the Lord are mercy and truth, to them
that seek after his covenant and his testimonies.

Psalms 32:5. He loveth mercy and judgment; the earth is full of the
mercy of the Lord.

God loves everyone

Romans 8:32. He that spared not even his own Son, but delivered
him up for us all, how hath he not also, with him, given us all things?

God wants all people to be saved

1 Timothy 2:4. Who will have all men to be saved and to come to the
knowledge of the truth.
