Main Office:  Your main office worker is the most important worker in the building.  Make sure they are well-trained.  That way, you will have less overall to deal with. Ideally, you should trust the main office worker to run the main office without you.
The AED could be the most important piece of equipment in the Main Office.  Make sure that the LCD display pictured here is flashing.  As a supervisor you need to be certified with this as well as in CPR.
Review emergency procedures on your own and go over them with main office workers.  It just takes one dumb mistake to screw us all.
<-----Main office lights.  Switches that should be on are marked with white paint.  Below the breaker pictured here that is not open is a lone lightswitch that also controls main office lights.
The cash register is something you should be familiar with.  Should you need to leave the register unattended for any reason,  you can turn the register to the off position, remove the key and take it with you.

Register Freeze:
Inevitibly the register will freeze. Below are the keys and instructions on unfreezing the cash register.  They are normally found in the safe.  The instructions require you to unplug the register.  Here the drawer behind which the cord is located is pulled out.
Review cash register procedures on your own and go over them with main office workers or the office coordinator. This was the trickiest part of the job for me. Luckily, I had some of the best Main Office workers on the staff with me.
Memberships:  Follow directions.  Use a calculator or your head.  Read the rates.  Oh yeah, we have INSTRUCTIONS.
