This Healing Prayer Kit was made especially for you with love and intent for your highest good infused into each item, including the box. You can use it anyway you wish, but for reference I have put together some suggestions. Still, you should go with your first response, or intuition in how to use each item.
Find a quiet spot and take each item out of the kit. You may want to play some soft, relaxing music and have the room dimly lit. The last item in the box is the black cloth bottom, take it out and lay it on the floor or a table. Unwrap each stone and crystal, reading the properties of each one, and lay it on the cloth. Now take out the white candle and set it at the back of the cloth in a fireproof container. Place the herbal sachets around the cloth. Take the small bottle salt, representing Earth, and sprinkle a little around the area you are in, beginning with the East (if possible), walking clockwise. As you do this, say something like:
"Loving Goddess, Father God, all the saints and angels, all beings of Light, I create this sacred circle in your honor. I humbly ask for your Love and Protection to fill this sacred circle, and aid me in this healing so that it may be complete."
Light the Nag Champa incense stick and swirl it around your aura to cleanse it. Say with conviction and authority, "this is my space, no other entities are allowed in my space. Only beings of Light may enter here when invited. This is my space, (say your name as it is meaningful to you)!"
Now, light the candle, sit down and relax as much as possible. Stare at the candle flame for a few moments and try to really concentrate all your energy on it…notice how the light surrounding the wick has different degrees of light around it? Now squint your eyes and notice how the light is diffused by your eyelashes into rays of light reaching far out from the wick.
Close your eyes and see the candle flame in your mind's eye. Imagine the wick is your body and the light surrounding it is the Creative Life Force of the Universe that surrounds you and contains everything you need for perfect expression and complete healing. Alternate staring at the candle flame and imagining this as often as feels comfortable to you, until you actually feel the light around you. Imagine it being the loving arms of Mother God holding you safe and secure to her breast. Feel the total, unconditional love and peace.
When you are ready, look at the stones again. Intuitively pick up one and place it in one of the 'pillows' again reading if necessary, concentrate on its healing properties and decide how you wish to use it.
They can be worn, put under your pillow at night, put in pockets or purse. The herbal sachets can also be put in the microwave for a few seconds, then hold them to your nose to benefit from the aroma for calming the mind. The vial of oil can be worn on a chain and smelled or you can put a few drops on your wrist or, on a sachet pillow and used the same way.
Now put the items away, distinguish the candle and incense stick. Walk counter-clockwise around the circle. See yourself bathed in the white light of love and protection and say, "Thank you Loving Mother Goddess/Father God that you have heard my prayers."
The purpose of the prayer ritual is to involve all of your senses in the intent so that it is firmly planted in your subconscious mind/heart as well as your conscious mind.
