Once upon a time, a fondling boy named Hopkiddo trained with his Master Sensei in the arts of Taekwondo Hapkido. The day his sister was kidnapped was the day he vowed to get even with the Saudi Humps, the most vicious gang in the city, led by the Italian mafia monster Bobby Crab.
