This album was packaged in a plain black cover and included a set of stickers with which the buyer could assemble his own arrangement of the cover design. The McCartneys sing backing vocals on the title song. "To Err Is Human" was written and sung by David Peel. THORNTON, FRADKIN, UNGER AND THE BIG BAND "God Bless California" b/w "Sometimes" ESP 4563019 (single), 1974 PAUL THORNTON "Give A Damn" b/w "I'll Be Around" Fowl Records (single), 1984 This single was released independently by Thornton in 1984. All in Vain (Kessler) MUSICIANS: Larry Kessler, Kevin 131, John Grant, Chuck Hutzler Larry registered the Godz' name as a trademark in 1996 and released this 5-song solo CD to keep the name active under the new deal. It includes a heavy metal remake of "Radar Eyes" and a bizarre techno mix of samples taken from the Godz' first three albums! Interesting to say the very least. "Radar Eyes" and "Godz Mix '96" were also issued as a 7-inch single included free with copies of the various-artist Godz tribute album Godz is Not a Put-On. But various creative and personal differences led to Kessler's departure, after which Thornton and Fradkin reorganized the project without him.
