Andy Caie

Andy is an exceptional guitar player, and everyone who's heard our the RAW demo CD has been impressed with his melodic phrasing and feel for lead guitar. Andy has played in all kinds of Rock and Blues and rockabilly bands, but since the beginning of 2002 has been in partnership with Russ, and his PA as been relegated to the loft while he focusses on songwriting and recording.

Currently Listening To: Medicine Hat, and I'm working my way through Russ's CD collection, from early AC/DC ('Highway to Hell') and Thunder.

Gear?

Well, I use the Epiphone guitar in the picture a lot, I use a Fender amp or just plug direct into our Boss 4 track. Occasionally I use effects pedals, but only one or two patches, I don't add effects to my sound just for the sake of it..

I've got an Ovation electro-acoustic, but we mike it up for recording cos it sounds better!
