Julie joined Hitz way back in 1992. She led the news team for some time,
and later became vice-President of the organisation.

Prior to 1992, Nick Karlas was a youth worker in Melbourne's eastern suburbs. But after that year, he'll always be known as the co-founder of Melbourne's Hitz FM.

Nigel was involved in Hitz FM in the early days, before moving on and starting KISS FM.. a station playing nightclub and underground dance music.
