How ....
solution .....
All web-browsers support what can or may be termed as character-encoding
....usually accessible under view -encoding / character-encoding.
possibilities:
a) Browser agent ...transmits the encoding attribute while negotiating
a session with a web-server ....on the server side ...the programmatic
code ...based on the recieved encoding ....sends across ...ideally
re-direct to a appropriate url ...specfic to the encoding attribute.
(content specific to a language based on the encoding)
...the above is proposed as part of http-header negotiation.
b) Home / index page ...onloading ....executes a client event
...usually a scripting language ...based ...say document.onLoad(),
...which queries the setting / configured character-encoding attribute
on the client ....transmits back to the web-server ...which based
on the en-coding redirects the client to appropriate content (content
specific to a language based on the encoding) on the webserver.
Requirement : Ability to be able to Query the above attribute as part of the
Browser Object model
Benefits / Advantages: upon typing a website/ domain name in the web-browser address bar
re-directs to the language/locale specific to a geo-graphical region.
Got a solution to automated redirection to language specific content or url for a web
domain or website for a specific geographic domain with a unique language
encoding as can be set in the web browser
Should there be a client web browser {view->encoding} as query able, javascript
viz. document. window or other manner �or the client web-browser agent �can
query the setting on the client browser configuration using low level http
communications transmit the configured value of encoding on the client web browser
to a HTTP server �based on the value transmitted the HTTPserver can automatedly
�make a choice�transfer the url for the current session(client user) to content of
choice i.e native content to setting on web browser setting on the client side �all
this without user intervention on the client-side �this may probably tried with
customization of code and custom compilation of web browsers available in open
source.
Illustration of the above for understanding: Browse to http://www.gotevot.edu.sa
by default your taken to a url serving content in Arabic �but based on the above
logic using the encoding setting in client browse can redirect to appropriate url
of encoding as transmitted by a user-agent (a component of web browser) or
based on the client-side java-scripting document onload() method �can redirect
the browser appropriate url as supported for the encoding setting in the client
browser �in this instance say the other supported language being English

Scan physical paper work (make office paper work ...available to IT automated systems) ....
where ever standard physical paper based forms of standard size's are used
....images of these forms can be scanned (given the context ...based on the contrast, background color
only the part that consists of .... data extracted and ported in relational / XmL databases
...by using a concept called Image Mapping ...i.e. define a area on a scanned image ...map the content
on the specific portion of the image to a XML tag or a database field ...and the data so extracted
can either be stored as image itself or some image to text conversion /extraction can be applied.

Parser's for lay men!! is XML in any manner advantagous ...over plain text based formatting ??
apart from being more intutive. aren't the text parser's accomplishing the same.

what is 64 bit computing platform ??
given the context why aren't for instance DSS (excel or openoffice ) ...given that the manner in which spreach sheet software is designed ...given that the int size also proportionately (range supported) ...

If some one types www.microsoft.com ...in the France/Germany ....the content is served in French/German ...with out

...while the concept is applicable to all supportable languages
......what i need ...does that mean ...value addition to user experience ....and value addition to the webservice and browser innovation ...?

don't now if it is an oddity or purpurse fully left ....
why cannot a web url have a spaces encoded in it ... after all a web page is just another page on the webserver (then why not space's !!) ??
