               embedded motor to drill or drive or affix screws ...with gripper 

               ...that can

               hold variable size(guague ...width ...) or needles with chiseled tips(heads)
               or variable types to drive screws of different types.

               or

               Alternatively ...the arm can have all kinds of variable heads embedded
               with-in the arm much like in a rifile or Gun with embedded bullets ...usually
               termed the barrel from the required head can be loaded as when required.


               ...a innovative mechanized arm for a ROBOt ...that can be used in
                  industrial automation can be derived or put in place.
