Protection Against Dream Invaders
There are some people who can invade your dreams,
who can travel astrally to your home,
or even drain your energy while you sleep.
If you think someone's spirit may be visiting you
or your home when you are asleep, try this:
Wrap three fresh apple seeds in a white cloth pouch.
Tie the pouch closed.
Don't lose the seeds.
Safety pin the pouch to the pillow you sleep on.
Sleep with the pouch attached to your pillow for seven nights.
At the end of the seven nights,
remove the three seeds from the pouch and toss them out your front door.
On the off chance that a spirit is leaving it's body and traveling to your home,
this will make it impossible for it to enter the house.

THE EVIL EYE
"Mal Occhio",
the evil eye, is considered a very serious business in Italy,
where the practice of Stregissima (or witchcraft) abounds.
However, Italian Strege (witches) swear by the following
sure-fire ways to avoid getting hexed,
to ward off evil spells, and to protect yourself from harm:
* Beware should someone give you a blackened lemon stuck with black pins.
Even one black pin among a host of colorful pins
indicates that someone wishes you harm.
The lemon is a fruit of Diana, the Queen of the Faeries and the Goddess of Witchcraft.
To undo the evil charm, hold the lemon in your hand
and chant this incantation to Diana while looking up at the sky:
"I call Diana, Queen of the Sun and Moon and stars
And, with what power I have, I conjure Her
To grant me a favour
I have gathered a lemon to bring me luck
I hold it in my hand".
Then remove the black pins and bury them near running water.
Stick the lemon with colourful pins as is necessary to replace the black ones.
Now the lemon will bring you good fortune.
* If you see someone staring and pointing at you
with arm and index finger extended in your direction,
it is possible that they are putting you under an enchantment.
Ward off evil by turning the spell around.
Face the person and stand on your left foot
with your right leg held off the ground,
knee next close to the chest. Close your left eye,
and then extend your right arm and index finger in their direction.,
* Anoint your forehead with three drops of olive oil,
applied three times in the sign of the crossroads (the cross),
to remain out of harm's way throughout your day.
* Burn your loose hairs
or throw them into a place where no one is likely to look for them
in order to save the hair from falling into the hands of evil sorcerers.
* Say this charm to St Anthony, the patron saint of magick,
when faeries, goblins or other mischievous beings have spirited away your valuables,
or even if you have simply misplaced your keys.
Repeat the following three times.
"Dear Saint Anthony Please come around Something is lost And cannot be found".
* Protect yourself by placing a clove of garlic
in a scapular (made from two small pieces of silk, wool or cotton cloth joined by strings),
along with your personal talisman.
Wear it around your neck concealed under your clothing.
* Call to Mars,
the Roman God an implacable Lord of War and Vitality when you are in danger.
Say his name boldly three times and you will be safe from harm.

Ridding Yourself of Negative Vibes
For Easing Bad feelings between yourself, colleagues and clients.
Ever had people leaving your workplace or office or shop
with an evil eye and negativity after a confrontation that drained
and destroyed you for the day?
Put some drops of rose oil into a tiny spray-bottle
and fill it with spring water.
Spritz yourself from head to foot, let the mist and fragrance
fall around you for a few seconds while taking deep breaths,
then set about your business again.
If you are one of those badly affected in the solar plexus,
lift your shirt or blouse and spritz that area as well.
The baneful energy should lift and the clouds should part and you'll feel lucky once more!
Note: Other substitutes are jasmine oil, lotus oil or rosewater.
Miscellaneous notes:
To purify the home and bring good luck,
clear all the clutter, wipe all floors, tabletops, shelves, etc.
Then spritz all doors and windows with rosewater.
Before a romantic date, spritz yourself from head to foot with orange blossom water,
then apply your favorite perfume or oil.

Purification Spell
Use this spell to purify yourself from negative energy
or if you've Done something to cause negatives that you want to be purified of.
1. Light a white candle.
2. Light incense (sandalwood or sage preferably)
3. Begin this chant/saying:
"O gracious Goddess and God, Relieve me of negatives,
Clean my body of evil,
and make me pure once again."
4. Keep chanting until you feel "purified"

To Wash Away The Work Of Evil Forces (an old unhexing remedy)

~Rose Bark (crushed) 2 tsp
~Rose Petals 2 tsp
~Violet leaves 2 tsp
~Tonka Beans (crushed) 1/2 cup
~Lavender Powder 3 tsp ~Anise Seeds 3 tsp
~Verbena Leaves 1/4 cup
~Cinnamon (crushed sticks) 1/4 cup
~Frankincense 2 tsp
~Patchouli Leaves 1/2 cup
~Quassia Chips 1/2 cup
Blend all of the above ingredients in a large wooden bowl,
cover tightly and set in a cool, dark place until needed.
Then just before bathing, put 1/4 cup of the mix into a cloth bag
and tie the top tightly together.
Draw your bath water as hot as you can stand it
and immediately drop the bag into the tub. Leave it to soak for 7 minutes.
Then climb into the tub and bathe as you usually do.
Upon finishing, and after drying off well, drain the tub.
Lastly remove the bag, wring it out, and quickly throw it away.
A fresh bag of this mix must be used each time you take a bath
in order for the spell to remain in effect.

Clearing Previous Energies from Home
Make an infusion of rosemary and spray around the house,
take it and whipe down the furniture with it.
Rosemary will cleanse any previous vibrations.
Re-arrange the house and get on with life..

Spell to Reverse a Curse
What you need:
1 white candle
1 black candle (should be smaller then the white one)
1 glass jar
1 toothpick
Matches
two pie pans
A small mirror
Put the white candle in one pan
and the black in the other.
Light each candle. As the candles burn,
chant the following and push your energy into the candles:
"I burn these candles, one white, one black
To reverse the curse of ___persons name___ attack.
I call to the wind to blow the curse back!
I call to the sun to burn him/her with his/her own attack!
I call to the trees to make the curse grow!
I call to the air to make the curse follow where ever he/she shall go!
I am a mirror and I reflect the curse back!�
Now you must wait and let the candles burn
until there is no candle left.
While you are waiting,
take the mirror and wrap it in the cloth and tie shut.
Smash the cloth until the mirror is broken.
When the black has burned down,
pour the black wax into the jar and let dry.
Using the toothpick, inscribe his/her name into the black.
Open the cloth and put the broken mirror pieces on top
(throw the cloth away).
Pour the white candle wax on top of the glass and let cool.
Using the toothpick, inscribe the following:
I am protected as long as the white covers the black.
Close the jar tightly and bury in a safe place.
As long as the white covers the black
you should be protected from any curses he/she put(s) on you and the affects should go back to that person.

A returning spell to send back negative curses
with 3 times the power

This spell is designed to send back all things both good and bad,
3 times the amount that are sent your way through magick.
Time this spell to take place on a full moon.
First get 4, 7 day candles in the colors of red, yellow, blue, green and yellow.
Dress all the candles by carving a pentagram in the wax,
then apply some Minor Arcana brand
Curse/Hex breaker oil to the candles.
Next make an incense of equal parts
1 tablespoon each of bay leaf, elder, black thorn
and add 1 teaspoon saltpeter and 7 drops frankincense oil.
Grind it well in a mortar and pestle.
Place the green candle to the north,
the yellow to the east,
the red to the south,
and the blue to the west.
Light the candles starting in the east and going around clockwise.
Next light some self igniting charcoal for the incense
(don't add the incense yet!), place it at the east.
Place a red figure candle of the other person in the south and light it.
Take a chalice and pour some fresh water and set in the west.
Last, take a bowl with some sea salt and place it in the north.
Relax and meditate while focusing your will on the problem at hand.
Now consecrate the circle and call the quarters
(or whatever method you choose to consecrate the circle).
Now that you are focused, add the incense to the charcoal and say the following:
"I call upon you (either Lord and Lady or Elementals)
to grant my desire in defending myself from harm.
I give back all which was sent to me by (fill in name here)
for both good and ill.
May they have three times the blessings they sent out to me and my kin.
May they also have three times the darkness if that was their will.
I do this for love and balance. So mote it be."

TO BREAK A CURSE AND RETURN IT TO ITS SOURCE
*Follow the steps below before conducting the ritual*
1/ Clean a black candle with a wet sponge and then leave to dry.
2/ You next bless it with the following words:
"Cleansed and Blessed Are Thee,
Now to Perform Thy Service for Me"
3/ Using the tip of a knife or needle inscribe either
1- the name of the person you seek to overcome
(If you don't know the name inscribe "him" or "her")
or problem you seek to overcome
4/ With Vegetable Oil (only) apply at the candle's center
and slowly go to the top of the candle and back to the center.
5/ Next go from the center-slowly-to the bottom
before again returning to the center.

THE RITUAL
This 7 day ritual should begin on the first Saturday after a Full moon.
Light the candle you prepared earlier and repeat 9 times this spell:

Mirror Spell
Well, I heard if you get dirt from a fork in the road,
and you work with a mirror.
You take the mirror and bury it in the fork in the road.
Understand? And you let the mirror stay there for 3 days
and then dig it up,
and you don't want to be the first one to look into it.
Let a cat, or even a dog look into it first.
Then after that you can know anything you want
to know thorough this mirror,
if anything is coming against you.
(You can see it in the mirror!)

you can use a mirror
to scry in and see if you can get a vision of where a person is.
You will need a black scrying mirror to do this.

Magick Mirror Spell
Find or buy a small mirror, no bigger than your hand.
One of those old fashioned ones that came
with a brush and comb work well.
Gather also some water, salt, bowl or cauldron,
and a black fabric bag or a piece of cloth.
On a Full Moon,
gather the ingredients and go outside if weather permits.
Light some candles to work by and cast a circle about you.
Hold the Mirror in your hand and say:
Mirror, Mirror, Starbright Reflect the magick here tonight.
Dip the mirror into a solution of the water and salt
and then slowly take it out. Hold it up to the sky
and bring it down to where you can see the Moon in the glass. Say:
Magick Mirror, Shine your light,
Reflect the magick here this night.
Set the mirror upon the ground and allow it to drip-dry.
Place it in the black bag or wrap it in the cloth.
The Mirror is charged with the powers of the Moon.
To use the mirror, look into it and say this or another:
Magick Mirror, Shine your light, Reflect the magick,
here on this night. Allow me to see past the silver glass,
and divine the wish that I now ask.

Full Moon Water
This is easy!
Every Full Moon take a jar or bottle of water outside
and set it where the light of the Full Moon will shine on it.
Leave it there as long as the Moon is out.
Ask the Goddess to bless the water with Her light and love.
Now take the jar and close it tightly.
Keep it to use in all rituals and spells that require water.
When the next Full Moon comes, pour the remaining water
in the grass or a garden (don't pour it down the drain!), and repeat the process.

Protection From Abuse (Physical or Mental)
You will need:
1 Purple candle and holder
Vegetable oil
Rue
Clove
Cinnamon
Bay leaf
Basil
3 inches red ribbon/yarn
3 inches white ribbon/yarn
3 inches black ribbon/yarn
Cloth pouch
Inscribe the candle with the name and birthdate
of the person being abused, then anoint it with the oil.
Roll the candle in a mixture of
powdered rue, clove, cinnamon, bay leaves, and basil,
concentrate on protection, and chant:
"Herbs mix and mingle well,
Add your power to this spell."
Put the candle in its holder and place it on the altar.
Gather the ribbons and tie a knot at one end. Braid them together while chanting:
Maiden, Mother, Crone -- All Three
From all abuse, (name) is free.

Protecting and Purifying Potpourris for Spring Cleaning
There is more to having a clean house
than just the physical absence of dust and debris.
By using magical potpourris your house will not only be clean, but the vibrational field around it will be purified,
and the area surrounding it well protected
from both human and astral invaders.
Each potpourri you wish to make will require
a small amount of dried or fresh herbs
and/or flowers in pleasing combinations of scents;
a small square of cotton or cheesecloth fabric,
cut in a circle about eight inches in diameter;
and a few inches of colored ribbon with which to tie the bags shut.
The color of the bag can be any which appeals to your inner senses.
The ribbon tie can be of the same color, or of any other which catches your fancy.
The potpourris should be infused
with your magical intent as you mix and make them.
Mix all ingredients well, trying to "marry"
the scent of the oils
to the solid matter as much as possible.
Continue visualizing
as you stuff and tie the bags.
They can then be hung above doors or windows,
or placed discreetly in drawers around your house.
Each time you catch their gentle scent, know that their magic is at work.
You can revive lost odor by adding a bit more oil,
or by emptying the contents onto a cookie sheet
and heating for a few minutes in a lukewarm oven

scant 1/4 cup dried orange peels
1 teaspoon dried rosemary

Purification Potpourri #11 tablespoon solid myrrh gum
1/4 cup dried sage
3 drops lemon oil
2 tablespoons fresh lavender
1 drop eucalyptus oil
1 drop frankincense oil

Purification Potpourri #2
3 drops ylang-ylang oil
6 bruised vanilla beans
1/4 cup dries or fresh rose petals
4 drops rose oil
6 drops vanilla extract

Protect Yourself from Rumors
In complete darkness and privacy,
light a pink candle and hold it in your hands.
Take a deep breath and stand as tall as you can.
Facing east,
raise the candle high above your head for a moment.
Bring the candle down to eye level
and hold it there while you slowly turn in a clockwise direction 3 times,
concentrating on the blue part of the flame.
Raising the candle high again,
invoke the powers of nature by whispering:

What you need:
A picture of the person or their name written on a piece of paper

Take the picture of the person and place it on the bottom of the cat litter box,
and pour the cat litter over it.
As your cat does his or her business
on the person's picture or name they will start to grow uncomfortable with bothering you.

POSSESSION AND OBSESSION BREAKING
Normally we a sprinkle salt and water
for protective ritual work,
but when there are indications of attempts to possess,
stronger measures are necessary.
First make the following sprinkling solution:
4 oz water
2 T salt
1 T bay laurel
4 oz vinegar
1 T basil
1 t jallop
T=tablespoon t=teaspoon
Make two batches of the solution,
divide the first batch into 2 parts and put into small glasses
- one goes at the front door and the other at the rear.
Take the second batch to your altar,
and use it at the end of a basic protection ritual,
sprinkle the altar area and if you feel the need the whole house
as you sprinkle chant:

Exorcise all spirits who
Would haunt, obsess or me possess

frankincence oil

Protection Spell
This is a spell to protect a person from the criticism and hate of another.
Can be done during any phase of the moon
You must have something that is connected to the person,
like a piece of handwriting, a picture, hair, etc.
Place this in a container, and set it aflame.
While it is burning, chant:

This spell won't keep the person away, but you will have a friendlier relationship with them than before.
