Priest:
Before the mighty and ineffable prince of darkness, and in the presence of the dreaded demons of the pit, and this assembled company, I acknowledge and confess my past error, Reconciling all past allegiance I proclaim that Baphomet rules the earth, and I ratify and renew my promise to recognize and honor him who is in all things, without reservation, desiring in return his manifold existence and assistance in the successful completion of my endeavors and the fulfillment of my desire.
Assistant:

Priest raises platter of Bread
Priest:
Su Scripe, Domine Baphomet, hunc hostium, quam ego dignus famulus tuus offero tibi, Deo meo vivo et vero pro omnibus feilibus famulus tuus. Ut mihi et illis profficiat ad felicitatem in hanc vitam. Amen
Priest Raises Chalice
Priest:
Offerimus tibi, Domine Baphomet, caliceum voluptatis caris, ut in conspectu majestatis tuae, pro nostra utliltate et felicitate placeat tibi, Amen.
Priest Holds his hands over altar.
Priest:
Come O mighty lord of Darkness, and look favorably on this sacrifice which we have prepared in thy name!
Assistant brings incense to altar on coals, (frankencense, Myrrh & sandalwood)
Priest:
Incensumistud ascenat ad te, domine Gnosis inferus, et escenet super nos benificium tuum.
the Incense is brought around altar 3 times counterclockwise
then set before the seal of Baphomet, All Bow. Incense is left untill burned out.
Priest:
Dominus Gnosis inferus vonbiscum
Assistant:

Assistant:
Habaemus ad dominium gnosa infernum
Priest:
Gratias agamus domini Baphomet infero deo nostro
Assistant:
Dignum et justum est
Priest raises arms, palms down
Priest: Vere clignum et justum est, nos tibi semper et ubigue gratias agere, Domine Baphomet, Rex Gnosis inferus, imerator mundi, Omnos exercitus inferi te laudant cum quibus et nostras voces ut amitti jubeas deprecamur, decentes-salve.
Gong is rung 3 times
Priest:
Domine baphomet Satanas Gnosis deus Potentiae. Pleni sunt terra et inferi gloria. Hoassana in excelsis.
We entreat you, O mighty lord of darkness to receive and accept this sacrifice offered on behalf of those assembled here, upon which you have set your mark, that we may prosper and live long and fulfilled. Go forth to fulfill our desires and the destruction of our enemies.

In fellowship we honor lucifer, the morning star.
and beelzebub, lord of regeneration, Belial, prince of the earth and angel of destruction. Leviathan, O mighty beast of revelation, Abbadon, Angel of the bottomless pit, Asmodeus, Daemon of lust, we call upon you all and the mighty names of Astaroth, Nergal, Baal-berith, Behheomoth, Belphegor, Adramelech and of the nameless and formless ones-
that we may be strengthened in body, mind and will.
Priest brings down hands and gong is struck

Priest extends hands over the altar and bread.

Priest takes cup
Priest:
calicem voluptatis carnis accipiam, et homen Domini Gnosis inferi invocabo
The Priest Drinks
Priest:
Ecce calix voluptais carnis, qui laetitium vitae donat
Priest Passes the cup
Priest Eats of the bread and passes it
Priest:
Placeat tibi, Domini Baphomet, obsequium servitutis mae; et praesta ut sacrificuum quo oculis tuae majestatis inignus obtuli tibi sit acceptable, mihique et omnibus pro quibus illud obtuli.
All give sign of horns with left hand.
Priest:
Egos vos benedicto in nomnine magni dei nostri Gnosis Baphomet

Priest:
Ave Gnosis Baphomet!
Assistant:
