Scat is an eleven year old boy who has been living on the streets of Bizmar all his life. He is very small for his age, and often mistaken for a much younger child. Struggling to survive in the streets has made Scat rather hard and uncaring. He can be very obnoxious at times, and tends to get on people's nerves rather easily.

Over the years, Scat has become a fairly good thief. He relies on his skills as a thief to supply him with the food and money needed for his survival. Scat can run very fast and his small size allows him to hide in the most unusual places if need be.
