Buying or selling a real estate in Amador or real estate in Sacramento isn't always easy. Selling a home is an emotional and stressful experience for most people. When I listed a home in Sacramento last week, the seller was crying as I left the house. Big, fat tears rolled down her cheeks as she smiled, shook my hand and thanked me for my time. Now, I know you might be thinking, "Yeah, but that's California people, and they're all a bit weird," but just about everybody reacts this way when selling. Some people are just more open about their feelings. Whether seller's remorse will happen is anybody's guess. Generally, seller's remorse happens because the seller has not been able to emotionally detach himself or herself from the home. They can't let go. And sometimes the seller has no motivation to sell or feels pushed by a co-owner to sell. Fortunately, seller's remorse can be prevented, and sellers can work through this process. Otherwise, nobody would ever sell anything! Amador Real Estate Sacramento Real Estate
