| Beauty so unreal A picture no words can explain Sweet smell in the wind And the sun shining bright This is the end of one And the beginning of another Seems so complicated Yes so simple As I smile, a tear runs down my cheek It's hard to believe... It didn't hit me until now... My journey, the one I thought was over, Has just begun Time to turn the page in the book of life No longer a child... now a young woman Now it's time... there is no looking back... |
| I wrote this poem this morning... sitting at the top of "The 77 steps" (yes, I counted them...) It's about graduating from high school... I still can't believe it's all done... and now I'm not in that lil' bubble.. it's time to meet the real world... |
