Annual Meeting Minutes

Tuckpointing Spring Project -The special assessment tuckpointing project is scheduled to begin in the spring of this year. A notice will go out prior to the start of the project to let tenents know what they need to do in preperation. Because of the project we will have another spring window cleaning and powerwashing of the porches and sidewalks after the project is completed.
Extermination Fines -Tenents are now going to be responsible for contacting Rosen within one week of a missed extermination if they want to contest the fine. A letter with the new policy will be sent out to tenents within the upcoming weeks. There will be postings in advance to alert residents when the next extermination will be.
Laundry Room -We are looking into having the Laundry room painted this spring.
Rental vs. Ownership vote to the Bylaws -Back in November a vote was submitted to all residents asking them to vote on the Rental vs. Owner Occupancy. The votes were counted and now a second vote will be distributed asking residents to vote Yes or No to add the 20% cap for Renting units to the Bylaws.
Plumbing -A new roof hatch will be replaced on the north east side of the building..
Rodding -with spring time coming upon us we will schedule to have Taylor Plumbing come and rod the garden units to prevent water backup.
Hot Water- -There have been some issues about people not having hot water in the mornings. We have asked Andy our maintanence guy to up the degrees on both Hot Water heaters.
Windows- -As a reminder, we are not allowed to put any sort of signs such as for sale or political material in windows.
