A special assessment for the lentil and tuckpointing project in the amount of $40,000 has been approved. Payments will be broken down into

The association board has done great on funds this year that they were able to complete the laundry room repainting, front fence and back gate painting, and were able to put in more flower and light sensors along the sidewalk area.
