The World OF RAVEN'S KEEP
Welcome to the World Of Ravens' Keep. The Keep is surrounded by forest, mountains, and a great sea. Other lands, continents, worlds surround the realm itself. Other races, people and creatures and animals seem to filter towards the peaceful Keep and its realm.
MESSINA, is a large, lovely bustling town just a short horse ride from Raven's Keep. It's large newest dwelling can be seen from the many balconies of the keep. There, one can trade many things. Wheat and grains, tools and animals, food and livestock. Weapons and many items can be bought and traded here. Find the right merchant and its a done deal, but beware of the cleaver merchants. They can be sneaky at times and get the upper hand on your intended good trade. Messian also hold the NEW Crystal Lake Inn and Tavern. It stands on the corner of one of the main roads and a crystal blue lake. It's lavish rooms welcomes everyone for a hot meal, bath and plenty of rest and relaxation. There, the owner Lana welcomes you and will await your every whim. But be weary of her strong arm Sadition and his pet wolf Braeden. They can handle most any brawls or intended harm about the place. Come, ye jolly soul or ye wee weary ones. Rest and sleep wit comfort...
OVERBERTON PORT, is a small port of trade. It's rougues and unkindly folk make it a harsh place to visit. It's about a half days ride from the Keep. The people there are more like mercenaires and assassins. Their services are usually found there and sometimes unliking to the ones that seek them out.. Be weary of the NEW Dragon's Eye Yavern and Inn.

It rises now where once the Black Dagger Tavern used to exist. Destroyed by the last monstrous army of the Queen horde and her army, a new establish has arisen from the ashes.

Many ruffians attend this tavern, and who knows what could await such nice folks as thee. Be weary of the bartenders there, for sometimes they may slip all kinds of goodies into your meade or ale or what lot ye pertake. The ale at the Dragon's Eye  is fair, one t'would be obliged to drink after a long journey. The Overberton Port lies just South of the tavern. Many ships come daily, weekly and monthly for good trade and their precious cargo of new arrivals such as oneself...
Bellshire, is the homeland of the Druids. These mystical people tend to keep to themselves. They delve in magics and other mystical aspects. They are a kind people and tend to help others, instead of destory. Again, legend has it that an evil sorcerer will return to Bellshire and the land of Messina. It will take the land and all it's kingdoms and people under it's control. Many hold these legends to be true. There, in Bellshire stands a large stone temple. The Druids there collect many books, scrolls and other magical works inside this temple. They also tend to make their homes within these temples as their studies take up most of their waking hour. Although a peaceful people, they swore their allegence with the Keep and Lady Sarah. Bellshire is about a full days ride from Raven's Keep. Bellshire also serves as a home for all those fleeing from Raven's Keep, Messina, Overburton and the forest. The Druids protected the people while the lands are being restored, homes rebuilt and the castle set anew.
Sonya's Peaks, are large snow tipped mountains to the North of Raven's Keep. They stay snow covered all year around. They are very difficult to travel and dangerous.

These majestic mountains have become the newest dwellings for the greatest ally of Lady Sarah, the dragons from Abyssinia. There many huge and gigantic caves and caverns off them a great home. Keth the leader of the dragons seems to have a new alliance with the lady. In return, Sarah offers them shelter and food and freedom. After the death of their leader Mya, they returned to their home to be turned away. They were homeless and many slain before they fled back to Raven's Keep.

These grand mountains wrap around Messina and the Keep providing great protection from evading forces and even sometimes extremely dangerous storms and weather. Although some people seem to drift in to the land from beyond the mountains and the sea port. They rarely go un-noticed by all.  Whether it be from beyond the snow capped mountains or a drifting ship to the port, welcome to Raven's Keep.
Glevin's Portals, are located throughout the surrounding land of Raven's Keep and beyond. They are rumored to be somewhat of travel portals. Nothing like time travel, but transportation portals. To where, or what places are unknown to everyone, except one. Legend has it that the old king, Lady Sarah's father came from such a portal. His wisdom and strength in defending Raven's Keep and Messina was unsurpassed by none. He ruled Messina until his murder. His only living child, Lady Sarah rules in his stead. Now, Lady Sarah is guardian of the portals. She has complete control over them....but she seldom closes them, or dictates which ones can be used or not. so...Find a portal but hope you can return to the place from whence ye left. And hope ye go...where ye intended to go...
OTHER LANDS AND WORLDS OF RAVEN'S KEEP

KRAUS, to the north of Sonya's Peaks. Home of Lord Legion. It is a desolate and arid land.

ABYSSINIA, home of Mya the Red Sorceress and her dragons.

SHIRMIRE, homeland of Tremaine McKenzie. It is a huge empire, far from Messina and Raven's Keep.

ATHGAR, an island situated in the ethereal waters bordering the realm of RavensKeep. Though this world was once merged with that of the Keep millenia ago, it has since been embroiled in a three-thousand-year-old war, causing it to actually split away from RavensKeep and fall into a temporal rift. Although the battle is now over, Athgar was the barren and wasted home of the Silver Wraith. However, his brother Prince Adama's spirit now reigns over the rebuilt castle and his people live in peace as allies with those of RavensKeep. This is also the birthplace of Ganthro Fortuna and the actual home of Desiree Regina Cromwell despite her exile
