| NAME: Serafina RACE: Human (?) DESCRIPTION: She stands just about 5 feet tall with limp dark brown hair badly hacked off by a sword's edge. She is well muscled from the hard work of a scullery. But her incredible stamina is more likely the result of her two hearts that beat in synchronicity. BACKGROUND: At the age of four, she and her mother arrived at Raven's Keep, wounded and weary from some chase she remembers with the clarity and ambiguousness a four year old's understanding imparts to any catastrophic unheaval in life. Her mother was bedridden for over a year before she died and Serafina was fully assimilated into the household as a servant. She was not ill treated, but neither was she nurtured. At best, her circumstances were benign neglect, as she did her best to follow the promise to her mother to do her best to stay quiet and hidden, and thus was thought of as a well-behaved child, easily controlled and forgotten. Serafina was drawn into the recent quest to save Lady Sarah and Lady Talinda from a supernatural poison; she is now the student of Gavin Knightsbridge, having found herself walking out of the Keep as a scullery maid and returning as a battle-tested young woman |
