| Name: Edyth Lyndire Age: 20 Race: Human Occupation: Druidic Healer Appearance: Edyth is almost often dressed in the earthen tones worn by her people. She wears simple white gowns with shifts of green, blue, or brown and a cloak of black over her thin, pale frame. Tiny braids accented in obsidian beads weave through her raven hair and help to keep much of it from falling over her thoughtful blue eyes. Personality: The youngest of her family, much has passed before her calm, blue eyes in the past twenty years, making her much more knowledgeable about the world than most Druids her age. Because of her reserved and studious nature, Edyth's talents appear to be growing even though there seems to lurk a more adventurous undertone to her usual quiet. History: Edyth is the youngest sister of the Druid Sullivan. Born into a family of farmers, she admired her eldest brother so much for his talents that she eventually left her farm for the temple. Even as a child, she exhibited an enormous potential for Earth magic, and she sought ways to develop her skills, with or without the approval of her parents. Finally, the day came for her initiation, and since then, she has been a diligent student. But now, Edyth finds herself amid the castle walls of RavensKeep at the request of her brother Sullivan. It seems that being a Druid may involve more choices than Edyth initially expected. Skills: Edyth is an acolyte in the use of Earth magic. Although she can manipulate the earth and various forms of vegetation, her main strength is in healing spells. As an acolyte, her only skills with weapons are those involving the pair of daggers -- one secured at her belt and the other attached just under her sleeve. |
