A Birthday Story for Carla
Erm, long story short, this is a card I made for Carla for her 21st B-Day.

Sadly the payoff ain't that great for this card unless you were actually there for the presentation of the presents,
but I did have a lot of fun making it.

Also, I'm weird.

And without furthur ado...

It was a day like any other. Kenshin was hanging out, Inuyasha was catching up on his beauty rest, Vash was experimenting and Lynnsey (aka SuperHer) was doing her own thing.

Everything seemed peaceful until they remembered that Carla's Birthday was tomorrow and NONE OF THEM HAD PICKED UP HER GIFT YET!!!

They racked their brains for a gift idea, demonstrating why they were superheroes, and not professional gift givers.

Having failed to come up with an idea of their own, they decided to ask their best buds for suggestions.

After that the first stirrings of panic started to set in.

deciding that boys were crappy gift givers, the four decided to get some feminine points of view.

Getting desperate, they decided to ask their enemies for help.

Fast running out of time, our heroes started moping.

Just then SuperHer had an Idea*. An awful idea**. A horrible, awful, terrible idea***...

The boys reactions were understandable.

And the rest, as they say...is history.

The presents were three little dolls (a Kenshin, an Inuyasha and a Vash) that I had made from scratch.
Maybe someday I might upload their pics here.
But not today.
Because I'm tired.
