Sable turned toward Aaronth and gave him a questioning look. He shrugged his shoulders as if he didn't know the answer. Turning back to Jez, she said, "Do you have any idea why he called us here?"
"No one does. But I think it must be pretty important for Thierry to call a meeting like this. It's not his style," answered Jez.
"Yeah. I got the feeling something big is gonna happen soon. How's CD been lately? I lost contact after the last mission." said Aaronth.
"Fairly quiet. Actually quieter than normal, now that I think about it." said Morgead, coming up behind them and putting his arm around Jez's shoulder.
"Hopefully Rashel and Quinn will get back soon so Thierry will tell us what's going on. I have a bad feeling about this whole thing," said Sable.
Sable looked at Jez, sending her a look that said, "We need to talk." Turning toward Aaronth and Morgead she smiled sweetly and said, "Will you boys excuse us for awhile? We'll find you later." With that she and Jez walked away.

"What's up Sable? Something bothering you?" asked Jez.
Sable looked at the girl and said, "Lots. Let's go for a walk so we can talk before the meeting." She looked around as they entered the massive gardens that surrounded the mansion. Walking through
them had always helped her think. She looked at the girl walking next to her. Jez had been a friend of Sable's ever since she and Aaronth had joined Circle Daybreak. Her friendship meant more to Sable than anything, especially since she couldn't remember having someone other than herself to talk to. {{At least until I met Aaronth, that is.}} she thought. "Jez, do remember when Aaronth and I first came to CD?" she asked.
"Yeah. It was right before the big solstice party and I had to fight you to get you to go. Why?" replied Jez.
"Well, when I met Aaronth that day on the woods path, I had just left the village where I was born because the high council had executed my mother. I still can't remember much, but lately things havebeen coming back to me in visions and flashes. None of it makes any sense. If the flashes are true, then the people I thought were my parents were just strangers that found a baby in the woods. I don't know what is going on with CD, but if I am right, these memory flashes of mine began at about the same time and have something to do with the secret that Thierry is hiding. I don't know what to believe anymore." said Sable.
"What makes you think that they are related to the secret, Sable? It could just be a coincidence" replied Jez.
Sable stopped walking and turned to face her friend. "Because Jez, I have a feeling that I have been here and done this all before. The feeling is just too strong to ignore."
Before Jez could answer, Nilsson walked up to them and asked them to meet the rest of the Circle in the library. "The others are back and Master Thierry is ready to begin the meeting."
The girls turned and headed back toward the house, anxious to find out just what was going on in Circle Daybreak.
